How to Lodge a Complaint with GOL

If you need to issue a formal complaint or claim for compensation, you can write to the airline through their chatbot named, Gal. Just tell it you want to lodge a complaint, and it will take you through all the necessary steps.

Whichever method you choose, you’ll need to provide information about your flight, and include as many details about your situation as possible, including: 

  • The date and time you traveled
  • Your arrival and departure airports
  • Booking receipts
  • Boarding pass
  • Any prior communication you had with the airline
  • Any other helpful information to support your case.

Take time to write a clear message, explaining what happened and why you’re complaining. It also helps if you include a sentence or two about what you hope to get in return for the bad experience.
