Numerous passengers also wrote positive reviews about the nonstop flight options, in particular to small, regional airports. The positives, unfortunately, were easily outweighed by the frequent flight cancellations and delays with little to no communication or help offered to affected travelers. Uncomfortable seating was another common complaint especially on longer flights with many reviews mentioning limited legroom and very little seat padding which made longer flights especially difficult.
