I have bought flight ticket with my girlfriend maiden name however we got married before flight and she has new passport with new surname. Therefore I have bought new ticket after an agreement with the airline with proclamation that I will get full refund of the original ticket if I will send them marriage certificate in english however nothing happened yet after nearly one year.

We were late from Budapest, I do not know why and after landing let us sit in the plane for about 30 minutes. We did not manage to make the following flight. The airline booked the flight for us later, then sent us to the hotel, but there they refused to accommodate us for a short time and sent us back to the airport.
