- Delay: Covers all delays lasting three hours or more.
- Cancellation: Covers cancellations of flights.
- Overbooking: Covers situations where you are refused entry to a flight due to overbooking.
- Missed connecting flight: Covers cases where you miss a connecting flight due to delays.

- First, find a member of staff or representative of the airline who can explain to you why your flight was cancelled. They should also offer alternatives and explain what they’re going to do to help you.

The boarding started at the time of actual departure time. It was announced after an hour or so after boarding that there is some technical issue and then another announcement after an hour or so saying refuelling. I was almost delayed by 4 hours. Staff behaviour was rude by not providing juice or water for that 4 hours. Departure was around 4 hours late that it should have been. I had health affected by it as I didn't get any food or juice and impacted my further journey from Ahmedabad.
