They didn't refund the ticket price until several months later. If you have purchased tickets for this flight, we propose the following options: *- free rebooking for the same destination according to the published schedule. *- non-personalized voucher in the amount of the paid ticket, which is valid for one year. *- refund of financial funds is possible only at the place, the ticket was bought and may take up to 30 days In order to receive a voucher, we kindly ask you to forward this letter to voucher@airmoldova.md, indicating your consent.
Three hours before the flight it was cancelled with no explanation. I have requested the refund earlier without any reply from the company.
Me and my fellow passanger arrived to Istanbul 6 hours later than expected. Airline proposed a refund, the reason of delay hadn't been explained. The flight delay notification had been sent in the day of the flight, around 4 hours before original departure time.
