It only takes minutes to finish it! That way you’ll find out your preliminary eligibility – and the size of the compensation.
Our experts will be checking your eligibility in depth, contacting the airlines, working with the authorities and so on.
Once we receive the compensation, we will transfer the money to you, minus our fee. You don’t pay if we don’t win.

LONGEST TRIP OF MY LIFE! :-) Dear Sirs, I bought a ticket at Austrian Airlines to fly from Amsterdam (AMS) to Warsaw (WAW) via Vienna (VIE) and was supposed to arrive in Warsaw on December 13th @ 14:25 (return on December 14th at 14:35). Initial schedule – December 13th, 2019: OS372, from AMS to VIE, 10:10 AM; OS623, from VIE to WAW, 1:00 PM; => Arrival at the destination, Warsaw December 13th at 2:25 PM Actuals – December 13th, 2019: 1. OS372, from AMS to VIE, 10:10 AM – delayed, but still possible to catch my connecting flight; 2. OS623, from VIE to WAW, 1:00 PM – canceled, without prior notice; I was rebooked by the airline for: 3. OS235 from VIE to BER, 5:25 PM – this flight turned to be delayed 1 hour, and I missed my connecting flight 4. LO390 from BER to WAW, 7:30 PM – missed due to late arrival of the earlier flight (OS235); I was AGAIN rebooked by the airline for: 5. LH2051 from BER to MUC, 9:00 PM (on time) 6. LO376 from MUC to WAW, 7:00 AM (December 14th, 2019 - on time). As an effect, I arrived 18 hours later than planned, while my return flight was December 14th, 2019, at 2:35 PM (same day!). I encountered the following misfortune and very uncomfortable situation: 1. I arrived 18 hours later than planned; 2. Austrian forced me to take four flights and make a one overnight stay on my trip from Amsterdam to Warsaw (over 3000 km flown, instead of 1200 km); 3. I could not meet my travel purpose, as I was flying back on the arrival day at 14:35, which means I had virtually around 3 hours in Warsaw. Looking forward to hearing from you.
