How it works
It only takes minutes to finish it! That way you’ll find out your preliminary eligibility – and the size of the compensation.
Our experts will be checking your eligibility in depth, contacting the airlines, working with the authorities and so on.
Once we receive the compensation, we will transfer the money to you, minus our fee. You don’t pay if we don’t win.

The flight we have booked was cancelled without any prior notice. We have neither been informed about the flight being delated from the schedule nor offered any refund. Eventually, after checking it ourselves at the airport homepage we have learned that the flight we have booked and paid for did not happen. This was a go and back flight (DL-92, 11.05/12.05 JFK-TXL). The sum that we are giving above is the sum for the both flights.
I was due to fly at 12:10pm on 2/15/2020. Upon arrival at the airport, I was told my flight was cancelled and they couldn't get me on another flight until the following day. This affected me significantly, as I was traveling for an interview and needed to arrive on Saturday. I ended up flying a different airline (Lufthansa) at 9am on 2/16/2020 and had a layover in Munich, instead of a direct flight like I paid for originally.
The first flight was late so I could get the next connection flight and I got to destination the day after I was supposed to get there
