The plane started is flight plan in the morning from Hamburg (Germany) where he was delayed due to weather conditions (Snow). Later when it was supposed to reach Madrid, it was delayed again because the crew had reached hours amount that requires to take rest so the Easy Jet called a replacement crew which took some delay before to be ready and bring the plane to Madrid (Seems they came from Basel).

i have booked my flight for 2 persons, and 24 h before I have received an SMS that they could not give us the seats until the next saturday 21 december. That is 4 days delay and i have lost 4 days of holidays. I lost 4 days of work on purpuso to take an extra holiday and i had to stay at home waiting for my flight.

flight was scheduled for 7pm on Dec 6. We arrived at the airport around 4:50pm and saw that the flight got cancelled. We had to cancel hotel nights in Gemrany and stay for one more night in Amsterdam and then got another flight on Dec 7th 9 am.
