В январе ENAC (Италии) приостановило лицензию Ernest Airlines, все рейсы с января были отменены, и я, следуя советам авиакомпании на их сайте, подал заявку на компенсацию двух рейсов (Киев-Неаполь и Рим-Киев). Компенсацию они обещали в течение 6 недель. Заявку я подал еще 11 января. Вскоре телефоны авиакомпании и в Киеве и в Милане перестали работать, я пытался звонить много раз, на письма они также не отвечают, глухо. Т.е. компенсации билетов нет, и связи с авиакомпанией тоже. А времени прошло уже много

Flight delay compensation Ernest Came to the airport on time . The first time we were informed that the flight was rescheduled from 1.30pm. to ~4.30pm. (Don’t remember exactly). The second time it was reported that the flight was postponed to ~6.40pm. The reasons for the delay were not explained.
