First, the boarding started more than half an hour after the scheduled departure, and after we finally had gotten on board the plane and the boarding was finished, we were informed that there was a minor technical failure on the plane, which will be removed in a few minutes. Subsequently, we were told that the part had to be replaced and that we had to leave the aircraft and wait for a replacement aircraft, but we were not told when it would be available. So, without any further information, we waited at the gate for about another hour before we were informed that from that point the replacement flight had a scheduled departure in less than 2 hours. The flight was then again a few minutes late.
