Malaysia Airlines Flight Delay Compensation
Flight delays seem to be occurring with greater frequency, but if you happen to be departing from an EU or UK airport and your delay is at least 3 hours long, then you can expect to get delay compensation from Malaysia Airlines if they are at fault for the delay. Malaysia Airlines Cancelled Flight Compensation
You will be eligible for flight cancellation compensation if Malaysian Airlines cancels your flight with fewer than 2 weeks advance notice and if the cause of the cancellations was within the airline’s control.
Nonetheless, Malaysia is still required to help you by offering the choice of:

Malaysia Airlines Refunds
Airline refunds are provided to you when your flight is cancelled, and you decide not to continue your journey. EU and UK law also require Malaysia Airlines to issue a refund if you experience a delay that lasts 5 or more hours. What are Extraordinary Circumstances?
In earlier sections we mention that Malaysia Airlines is exempt from paying you financial compensation if the flight disruption resulted from extraordinary circumstances. By this, we’re referring to situations that the airline is unable to control despite their best efforts. We were due to fly from London Heathrow on 20th March 2022 to Denpasar Bali, Via Kula Lumpur. The flight was cancelled 10 days before we were due to fly. The cost paid was £1544 not Euros. No alternative flight was offered and we had accommodation booked in Bali so we had to find an alternative flight. Our alternative flight was with Singapore Airlines. We booked through lastminute.com and we have not received our refund after 10 months. They say they are waiting for the airline to send the money.
I have arrived to London Airport, and then I was informed that the flight from London to Aberdeen was cancelled. I was offered to take another flight which is around 12 hours later.
We booked a flight with Malaysia airlines through sky scanner pH.travel ltd on April 4 but first it was re schedule to a different date April 5. But the connection flight was we will need to wait 14 hours . So we asked them if they can find us a shorter waiting time as we have 4 young kids 7years old 5 years old and 3 years old and 1 year old and my wife is also pregnant and suffers with severe morning sickness... So it is not possible to wait 14 hours in an airport..we ask the agency to find a shorter waiting time they managed to find a 55 minutes waiting time so we accepted the change. And after a few days we receive an email saying we are offered for full refund but the agency will deduct 25 pounds from each passenger so we told the agency that we don't want to get a refund instead to find us a different flight so we can we be able to fly again they found a flight for April 17 but the issue again is 14 hours waiting time which I told them my situation having four children and my wife suffering from bad morning sickness we ask them if they can change it to may 11 as I found thru Skyscanner the waiting time is only 3 hours. But they want ask to pay the difference extra 356 pounds. We supposedly decide to accept and pay the 356 butafter 2 hours we received an email from the agency that our flight has been reschedule again so now we are not willing to book a flight with them as they are unpredictable and unreliable so we want a full refund as we only think is fare as they are the one who keeps cancelling and rescheduling the flight. But the agency said we are not entitled for a full refund by the airlines. Can you please help us we feel we should not be elegible to pay the airline as we is no fault from our part.
