We bought 2 tickets Male-Thiruvananthapuram in December 2019 for 19 February 2020. We got confirmation email from Bravofly number: 1554131XXX0 with information that one day before we should make Online Check-In. As they say, on 18 of February I wanted to make Check-in and I got answer from the company SpiceJet that it is not possible online but at airport. We arrived at airport and there is no flight. The staff at airport say the SpiceJet not fly almost 1 month from the airport in Male . So, we were not at all informed by Bravofly about the cancelation of the flights and they did not send no one mail for this subject and they have my email because they already sent me confirmation when I bought the tickets. Now we are at airport and do not know what to do. We try to contact them on phone but nobody answer and we can not find any email from them. We do not know how to contact them? Terrible experience
