I received an e-mail from Turkish Airlines on 27/10/2020 that one of my flights on 31/10/2020 to my final destination was canceled. I contacted immediately the call center and asked to provide me an alternative but the company could not provided me with an alternative flight, so I asked for a refund. The company canceled my flight 5 days before, could not provided me with an alternative and asked me to pay extra 60$ in order to receive the refund from my ticket flight. That was unacceptable from such a well known company.

I was supposed to fly from Berlin to Muscat for holidays. The 2 days before the flight, I received notification that my connecting flight was canceled and operator informed me that I can cancel an entire flight and receive a refund. I chose to do that, however, no refund was issued
