Pilot was sick
At the SXF airport on the day of departure I was told that WOW Air suspended operations and my flight was cancelled. I had to book an alternate flight and cover the costs of that alternate flight at a cost of 3 527.35 PLN. Looking for refund of the cost of alternate flight or at least part of that cost that would be equivalent of cancelled WOW Air flight.
They refused me because on my reservation my name was "Léandre Chaumont" and on my passport it's write Léandre Chaumont Rodrigue.
