It required an over night stay since the flight was cancelled u til the next day, which meant additional hotel, dinner, transport.
This is in regards to a canceled flight (flight 151) for 5 people in our family. We were rebooked on a flight two days later in Paris on flight AA9602 at 12:15, arriving at Chicago ORD.(also delayed as it was supposed to leave at 9am).
