We arrived in London on time the pilot asked for all connecting passengers to make there wat to the front of the plane first . We could not get out of the plane for over 30 mins as they could not get the jetty to the side of the plane then there was a delay with the express train to the terminal we arrived at the gate at 5.30pm and where refused boarding we had to stay in a hotel over night we where not allowed our luggage my husband is a diabetic and myself and my daughter have asthma all our medication was in our suit cases
Flight from Manchester was delayed so connecting flight from Heathrow was missed. We were given a different flight with a different airline arrival time was over 3 hours late.
The airline did not give a reason for the cancellation. We were given a flight 3 days later but this was not acceptable.
