11/18/22 5pm flight AA 7003/BA 0294 from ORD to LHR was cancelled at 9pm 11/18/22. Booking reference XXX9876. Because of the cancellation, we missed BA flight 474 connecting to Barcelona from London on 11/19. We were re-booked 26 hours later ONLY from ORD to LHR at 7pm on November 19. We were NOT rebooked on our BA connecting flight - BA claimed that it was an AA flight that cancelled so they would not rebook the connection without charging us again. We incurred a cost of $166 for two new connecting tickets and change fees were $59 X 2 = $118 for a total of $284. Booking reference 388877. Ground transportation home on 11/18 was $55. Because of the last minute flight cancellation, we could not get a refund for our $280.03 hotel room for 11/19 in Barcelona. Due to the cancellation from ORD to LHR on the 18th and the late arrival in London on the 20th we missed our connection for a second time. We finally arrived at our final destination almost 30 hours late.

We arrived in Rome 9:30pm 6/9. Upon arriving at Heathrow on 6/9, British Airways said that we could not proceed to boarding. As there was not enough time before departing. The airline provided another flight with a connecting flight and layover. We arrived in Rome 9 hours later than our original flight. We lost our hotel reservation and was still charged. We lost our transportation from the airport to the hotel and was still charged. Yes.
