Although I understand the associated emigration law, I believe that the company Iberia has not fulfilled its minimum duty because: - at anytime they did you inform us of the necessity of this document, having even checked in and saying that nothing more was needed; - they made us pay a child support service worth 300dollars, that was not used and not refunded; - on this flight we had purchased an additional bag, which for the same reasons did not ship and did not refunded. - when we requested a reprogramming of the flight, we were informed of values 3 times higher than the purchase value of the tickets, - all times we went to the Iberia customer service, they never gave us a valid answer and they are constantly forwarding to a callcenter that never respond. Several times they just said that their system was not working well and that was better to call in another time... We ended up getting new tickets from another airline, which immediately informed us about the necessary documents for the children to be able to travel. Therefore, it seems to us that this is a strategy of Iberia to avoid contact with its clients in order to avoid any liability or responsability for something that goes wrong, never give them a response to complaints and requests for reimbursement/refoundments. We believe that at least we should be rewarded for the value of additional bags and the childcare service that was not used.
