I was supposed to land in Gothenburg at 11:40 on December 4th, 2023 but due to the delays, I reached at 19:55 on the same day which is more than 7 hours of delay. The food voucher that was supposedly added to my boarding pass didn't work in Hamburg airport. It still didn't work in Zurich airport either for which I had to stand in a queue for more than an hour and they fixed it later on. I was supposed to work for atleast half a day when I landed in Gothenburg and due to this delay and I reached Gothenburg airport at 8PM, I had to take the whole day off, which affected my work as well. I was never informed about the reason for delay. My flight was cancelled with less 12 hours left for departure and was rebooked with a very long layover in Zurich. Only after I mailed Lufthansa and complained about this that I got to know the reason for cancellation/delay, which was "airfield restriction".
