My flight from Toronto, Canada, to Warsaw, Poland, was supposed to leave YYZ airport at 22:15 on July 11th, 2022. The flight was initially delayed to 23:30, and boarding was supposed to start at 11 pm. However, crew members began the boarding process at 11:30 pm, and the flight left YYZ airport at around 12:30 am on July 12th, 2022. The flight arrived at Warsaw Chopin airport at 2:30 pm on July 12th (around a 2 hours delay from the original time). My connecting flight to Bulgaria (LO633) was scheduled to leave at 2:45 pm on July 12th, and it left on time. I missed my connecting flight from Warsaw to Sofia because of the initial unexplained delay in Toronto. I had to spend the night at a hotel in Warsaw, and I was automatically rescheduled for flight number LO631 on July 13th. I arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria, at 2 pm on July 13th, around 20 hours later than I was initially supposed to arrive. I was currently 20 at the time of the events and travelling alone. I was forced to spend the night at a hotel alone and arrive at my destination 20 hours later than expected. I missed an important event that I had scheduled on the 12th because of the initial delay in Toronto, which was completely unexplained.
