My passport expires in 2 months and I was denied boarding
TAP did not inform us of the reason until I made a complaint and requested compensation. I requested proof (a meteorological report) of "adverse weather conditions" as the reason and TAP have not provided this. They continue simply to assert this was the reason (there were several flights scheduled out of the same airport over that period, yet apparently they could only put me on a flight from another totally different airport, meaning that they cancelled flights several days in advance). Finally, after several months, they have issued a refund of expenses incurred, but no refund of the plane ticket and no legal compensation.
