My trip was London (Heathrow) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG), with a connection in Lisbon. The flight TP1369 LON - LIS on the 04/04/2022, scheduled for 19:50 was delayed until 21:30. This meant I missed my connecting flight to Rio and was re-booked onto the flight TP75 LIS - GIG at 23:30 on the following evening (05/04/2022). I am unsure if this means there was just a delay or a cancellation AND delay, however I arrived at my destination over 24 hours after I had planned to. This unprecedented change of plans unfortunately led to me not seeing my father, who had to travel for work, and had booked his flights so that he could see me before his departure.
