I left Belgrade, Serbia on August 10th, I had 17h layover in Munich, Germany. My next flight was supposed to be next morning at 11:30. Flight has been canceled at 1 pm. United employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was waiting in the line for 3,5h seeking help. When was finally my turn, I was refused service (me and 9 more people in my line, there was more people on H13 who also were refused service and were told the sam e thing). United employees who operated on H13 and H14 in one moment just got up and left. I was told I AM NOT United problem anymore and to go to H28 to ask Lufthansa for help. Lufthansa arranged flight for next day. On August 11 night, United arranged for all of us hotel near airport. Not just that I was late 24h, United left my luggage in Munich airport. I missed interview that I was coming for and on the top of that I had no clothes or cosmetics. I had to purchase all of it again to look decent on the meeting next day. My language arrived after 2 days.
UA952 on 12/1/23 - boarded and sat on runway 8 hours with just 1 bottle of water because of "mechanical issues". Then after 8 hours they said the flight was cancelled, brought back to gate and rebooked to 2 days later because the snow storm cam through Munich later that night. We were rebooked on UA3020 on 12/3 and again boarded and sat on runway for 10 hours, were "diverted to Newark (where we booked a hotel) and then never took off. We deplaned and rebooked 12/4 and finally got to Chicago 12/4.
