We landed at destination 4h10min late, at 7:05 a.m., comparing with 2:55 a.m. the scheduled arrival. The airline provided two times, online notice of adding 30 min delay, but having said no reason. First, around 3 p.m. and second around 7:30 p.m.. Boarding actually began at 23:50 and after boarding complete, at 1 a.m. captain informed us about lack of ground personnel to filler the plane with fuel. While in the plane we receive refreshments (water and a snack) as company's courtesy. The real inconvinience was lack of sleep and severe tiredness.

Our initial departure date was 12/12/2022 at 21:45. Upon arriving at the airport at 19:45 we've been told by Wizz Air that our flight is delayed by one hour. This kept happening every hour until 6am on 13/12/2022 however we stopped being notified by Wizz Air and there was no Wizz Air representative to communicate with us. In the end the flight got rescheduled to 13/12/2022 at 16:00 under flight number (W6 3006A). Same story again. No one from Wizz Air was present in the terminal to communicate with us. We have been told by Luton Airport personnel that they are trying to get in touch with Wizz Air yet no one is answering/returning the calls. They proceeded to tell us that the airplane was ready but there was no staff (pilot/flight attendants) to serve our flight. A couple of hours later we have been told by Luton airport personnel that the staff for our flight is at the hotel, resting, and they will come at 9. After several hours of waiting, around 8pm we decided to leave the airport and find alternative routes for the following days. Upon further research it appears that the last departure for flight W6 3006 was on 8/12/2022. I have received no further communication from Wizz Air regarding the second rescheduled flight, no one was present at the Wizz Air help desk on the morning of 13/12/2022. I have spent ~300 GBP on transport to and from the airport in the last 2 days and another 600GBP on another last minute flight. This was a major inconvenience for us as we are international students trying to see our families for the holidays which might end up not being possible as our flight is not for another week now.
