Flight was moved to the next day with less than 5hours notice, meaning I wouldn't have a connecting flight to Dublin as it was still going ahead that evening. The company did not provide any help over the phone and did not provide accommodation.
The plane arrived more than 1.5 hours late. Then we waited on the plane for about 3 hours before it took off.
Our flight was cancelled just before we were due to board the plane. This required us to arrange last minute hotel accommodation, in order for the flight to take off the next morning. The airline told us over their customer service line that we would be compensated for our hotel stay and rescheduled flight, but has refused to provide compensation for this. There were no adverse weather features, however they state that the delay was out of their control, and have refused to engage further with EU compensation rules we are entitled to. In addition to paying extra for a hotel room in Prague, we lost out on accommodation we had booked in Milan.
