Hi, We were boarded to flight today from Pristina to London Luton. We were ment to depart around 11:15 but then we were told there is a technical issue and will be resolved very quick. We waited today for over 5 hours. I wasnt allowed to leave the plane and we were keep told that this issue is resolved but waiting for company to sign papers. We werent provided with any beverages for at least 3 hours because apparently they are not allowed to sell while on ground. I had to take my medication and neither water wasnt provided. After 3-4 hours they decided to give snack and water for free but the water they had run out before even my turn came. It was a very stressful day and in the end we were told we cant fly. I went to wizz office at the airport to get some information and to requist accomodation and transport but none of these was provided. The lady at the office asked me to leave as the only thing she could do apparently was just to tell me that the next flight is hoping to happen next day around 7 am.
We ment to fly from pristina to london luton today. The bording was completed and we were keept on the plane for 5 hours due to a technical issue. We werent allowed to leave the plane and werent even provided with small needs like water or a snac because aparently run out before it even reached my seat. We were kept there for 5 hours with lies that we will departure next hour and in the end we were told that we cant fly. No accoumodation or transport was provided by the company. I went to get info at their office and all they said was that we will receive a message for next flight and thats it. Very frustrating
