Am pierdut zborul din cauza anularii trenurilor din Bern spre Basel si nu am mai avut cum sa ajungem la aeroport la timp decat la ora 14.45 maxim . Am sunat la aeroport si au spus ca nu mai primeste in avion pe nimeni . Avem biletele de tren ,si cand s au cumparat ,dar au fost anulate toate trenurile in ziua aceea spre acea directie . Vreau banii Inapoi pe bilete .
The plane started is flight plan in the morning from Hamburg (Germany) where he was delayed due to weather conditions (Snow). Later when it was supposed to reach Madrid, it was delayed again because the crew had reached hours amount that requires to take rest so the Easy Jet called a replacement crew which took some delay before to be ready and bring the plane to Madrid (Seems they came from Basel).
i have booked my flight for 2 persons, and 24 h before I have received an SMS that they could not give us the seats until the next saturday 21 december. That is 4 days delay and i have lost 4 days of holidays. I lost 4 days of work on purpuso to take an extra holiday and i had to stay at home waiting for my flight.
