I was left stranded at the airport for about 14 hours while I was not too well (on medication as I just came back from my little brother's funeral) The airline didn't wanna offer me a place to rest but instead gave me a €15 voucher for food to spend inside the airport (felt very undervalued ) I was forced to seat on those uncomfortable chairs at the airport for that amount of time sleeping while worrying about my little bag. Was a disaster for me. I actually felt demoralised and depressed. And felt like I would never want to use Air France again.

I missed my connection in Paris to Rio. With that, I was sent to Amsterdam, where I waited for over 5 hours in the Airport. Then, I saw that the flight from Amsterdam to Rio was cancelled, due technical problems with the airplane. The airline did not inform me by email or text message of this cancellation. The next flight was booked for the next morning and I had more expenses on food in the airport, where I did not get any other support from the airline. I had booked hotel and touristic attractions in the final destination that I missed after all this stress.

This whole situation was already causing me a lot of anxiety which is not good for my health. The flight arrived CMN ar 20:45 and we waited for our final flight to RAK, we eventually got on the plane but had to disembark due to some reason with the airline. Now we are very worried because we are in a different country completely with no plane to take us to RAK. Again, no care was provided by the airline or anyone. No food or Drink

I got an email from Air France early morning of the 13th that my flight was canceled. No reasons provided. I was rebooked for the same flight the next day.

Was told the flight is now delayed which was such a headache. I have had big problems at work due to such a long delay. Honestly has cost me a lot of money and time.

Luggage for all onward Domestic passenger had accumulated throughout the day and BA announced that all baggage for cancelled flights would be put on two carousels (7&8) which was pandemonium. It took us 3 hours to get our bag and we were one of the lucky ones.
