The airline provided no care at all, the airline for my flight home did not help at all, the air travel agent did nothing. I was forced to purchase a new ticket home for £1,328.46 and incur costs for a hotel and transportation to Heathrow Airport.

I lost a whole day of work and was delayed by over 15 hours. We also had to buy taxi's to and from the airport hotel, as well as extra food at the airport the next morning for breakfast.

Cancelled last minute. Airline were poor and didn't help us at all, and many others felt the same. Didn't have any care given at all, severely disappointed, ruined what should have been a great hospital and also impacted me more financially than I would have ever thought- but more so mentally and emotionally.

I had to stay the night and take the flight next day to my final destination. The airline provided night stay and breakfast next morning at NYC Crown plaza. I did not loose any money nor miss an event.

We had to wait in a customer service line for over 10 hours with the airline providing us with "light refreshment vouchers" that were not accepted anywhere or due to the time, everything was closed. While we were waiting in customer service, they gave us chips, candy, and water. We could not leave the line to get any food in fear that we'd lose our spot. When we finally got to speak to someone in customer service to book us a new flight for the next morning, we were informed that we would have to reschedule again.
