SAS Scandinavian Airlines vs Norwegian Air Shuttle: Which airline is better?

I wasn't allowed to reject the alternative flight arrangement -Norwegian rejected my claims for Compensation and reimbursement of the replacement flight (see email correspondence attached). -Airline refuses to disclose the reason for flight cancellation.

Flight to Manchester was closed due to a strike. The trip didn't happen. I lost money that I paid back to Lithuania. I lost money to the hotel.
