They did not inform us there was going to be a delayed just kept us waiting. Once I missed my connection because of the delay, the Aer Lingus workers did not help nor provide information nor options for their mistake. I called once in Amsterdam and their system told them there was no delay so they ignored my claim.

Flight was late, they said due to Customs issues at the Dublin airport. Next flight to Edinburgh was 13 hours later, so we opted to fly to Glasgow. Flight left at 3:40 pm 9 hours later, after we arrived in Dublin we finally left. Had to arrange transportation from Glasgow to Edinburgh.

The plane had some technical issues and a replacement plane took several hours to procure . That's my understanding but I'm not certain. Flight left Paris slightly over 4 hours late

Half the airport was closed. Aer Lingus' checkin counter was in the half that was closed and they did not open another counter in a part of the airport that was open so I could not check in and I was forced to miss my flight.

Travelling with a 5 year old for a 5 hours flight was a challenge, specially waking up that early. I completely understand, that these things can happen, but from Ryanair part, there was no support to their customers. At least, they could put us straight back to the airport and offer refreshments, so we didnt have to wait so long in a small space without any information.

Already claimed the flight costs back but they refused further compensation because according to their online form "I opted not to fly", even though their FAQ claims that I am eligible for compensation. I lost a booked doctors appointment at my destination and it was a great inconvenience in multiple ways.

We were not informed about the cancellation in advance. We got to know it only when trying to check-in online. There were no suitable options provided by the airline, so we booked another flight. Which was much more expensive, as it was last minute booking.

We lost the first part of our holiday the two days in Helsinki before travelling to Lapland, instead we spent three days travelling along with the stress of trying to rearrange flights to be able to even continue our trip which was primarily to visit our son who works in Lapland and had not seen for six months as well as being a much-needed break for ourselve
