We missed our connection to Mexico City. We arrived at our destination over 12 hours after we were due, taking up a valuable day of our holiday and changing plans completely. The airline put us up in a hotel until the next available flight.

Our flight was for 7pm and we received notice at 11am that day. We were given an option to take a flight to London and arriving the next day by midnight. And almost 16 hours later than our original arrival. We were then given an air Iceland flight. When we arrived in Iceland, the Paris flight had already left and we were stuck in Iceland for 24 hours. We didn’t arrive in Paris until a day and a half later than originally scheduled

That flight would've missed our connector in Paris. Airline paid for cab, hotel, meals, we left the next morning.

I missed my connection from CDG to LIS due to AF delay. I was re booked on another flight from CDG to Milan which was over 3 hours late and it was much further from city center. Milan airport is 60 minutes vs 20 min from LIN airport.

They said that I could take another flight there only the next day if they could fit me in, but they wouldn't pay for my stay in a hotel, only a taxi there. They offered me a flight to Bastia ( an airport 3 hours away from my final destination) on the same day leaving almost 7 hours later. As I couldn’t lose more days of my short vacations and more money with hotels, I accepted it. My fiancé had to come from Calvi to take me by car, he spent 6 hours traveling (3 to come and 3 to go), we arrived at his home at almost 4 am and he had to work at 8 am the following morning. Besides the flight, the company offered nothing. I had to pay for an expensive lunch at the airport while waiting for my flight. With both flights cancellation I had only 5 days with my fiancé, losing two days due these cancellations.

Our passenger was informed of the flight cancelation an hour before departure (when he was at the airport). The staff provided no information, no reason, and customer support did not respond via the phone lines. The new flight was offered 3 days after the canceled light

The airline kept postponing the delay until after 1,5hrs they cancelled the flight causing chaos at the transfer desk. As a consequence of the delay I missed a pre-booked dinner with close friends who were only in town for the day when I should’ve arrived. This was a major inconvenience as I would’ve instead traveled on Friday. The whole reason for travelling on Thursday was to get an additional day in Copenhagen, definitely not a travel day. Furthermore, I have to pay for extra data to use internet since the airport only allows for 4hrs of free use, furthermore texts and calls are costly.

I arrive at final destination next day 24 hours later. They told me the flight is cancelled after 3 hours delayed. The airline didn't provide nothing. I lost my job.

They rebooked us on the United Airlines flight. This flight was then delayed by over 3 hours and departed at 11:15am; resulting in us missing our connection flight scheduled for 12:31pm from Washington IAD to Montego Bay. Also losing a paid for 1st night at the hotel Hyatt Ziva Resort, Montego Bay. We then spent a night in Washington Dulles and continue to Montego Bay on the 31st of May which had us spending money on food and transport. We incurred additional costs because of this cancellation then delay we were greatly inconvenienced. Booked us in for that night at Hilton Hotel, Washington and gave us food vouchers for $60.00 to share between the 3 of us, which was not enough to get us lunch, dinner and breakfast the morning of the 31st of May. We had to book an uber to go eat and return as food at Hilton Hotel was too expensive, we were only able to get 1 portion of 6 wings and sweet potato fries and 3 drinks with the 3x $20.00 vouchers.
