Ryanair vs Vueling Airlines: Which airline is better?

No food or drink were provide. Desks were left unmanned. No explanation of delay. Ended up missing an onward ferry connection and had to book my own accommodation.

I was on time for my checking, unfortunately the schedule flight doesn't exist on the screen,I was told it's been rescheduled at at 3 pm, without informing me, no email,no SMS,no phones call either

.I missed work , extra car park cost, dehydrated snd hungry children with lack of sleep causing headaches, 12 hr delay, €4 offered , then not sufficient food onboard to cover the inconvenience caused to everyone.

They announced the flight was cancelled. They told us they would not be putting us on to the next available flight and that it was our duty to organise our onwards travel. Because of this, i have lost money on my flight, my original trains and have had to pay €250 for new flights

Flight was delayed for more than 5 hours , sent Ryanair an email and they told me 500 euro will be sent in 10 days , after 2 months of waiting I received nothing , called them and they told me that the money will never come because I should have taken another flight or cancelled that one (no one told me that) . They tell me the money will never come through.

I missesd a departure to a meeting for a medical procedure in another town in Romania. Loosing time and a lot of stress and I was very tired. Imposible to be on time. Delayed for another day.

We received a mail the same day saying that the flight will not operate and they put us on the flight of the day after. we had urgent meetings on the same day and we bought new tickets with other company to arrive in time.

We were told twenty minutes before boarding that the plane had broken down in Vienna and there was no chance of flying that day. We then had to wait a couple of hours to get re-checked in for a flight a following day, causing me and many others to miss work. Staff were rude and short with people asking questions as they didn’t give out much information.

The flight got cancelled five minutes before expected boarding saying flights was expected on time. Then cancellation came up and they said free plane was in Vienna and something broke. They put us up in a hotel however this took 3 hours to check into and get bus to, due to the staff of Vueling at the airport being extremely unhelpful and rude.

The flight got delayed one time then a sencond time then a third time ! No one told us if we should leave or wait because they didn’t know what was happening I think there was a problem with the plane. Last minute they completely canceled the flight after like 4 hours waiting at the airport. This cancelled flight automatically ruined my trip and my other flight.
