Earn money every time a traveler files a claim

AirAdvisor is a “no-win, no-fee” flight and baggage compensation service. We secure compensation, refunds, and reimbursement for passengers worldwide under the U.S. Department of Transportation, passenger rights regulations including EU261, UK261, the Montreal Convention and similar laws. We handle eligibility checks, paperwork, legal action and payouts on the traveler’s behalf.

Any qualifying commercial flight where a passenger was delayed, cancelled, missed a connection or was overbooked within the scope of EU / UK 261, the Montreal Convention, Canada’s APPR, or Brazilian ANAC 400/2022 is covered. We also handle baggage loss and delay under the U.S. DOT and Montreal Convention rules.

We work with all airlines and all routes. What matters is where the disruption occurred and which law applies.

2) Grab your unique link, banner or widget from the dashboard.
3) Publish it, and start earning on every paid claim. Registration takes only a few minutes.

A website helps, but it isn’t mandatory. You can promote via blogs, newsletters, social channels or apps, as long as you can place your trackable link and run regular campaigns.

✅ Allowed: Content pages, email campaigns, social media posts, comparison tools and PPC campaigns that direct users to your page containing the affiliate link.
❌ Not allowed: Bidding on “AirAdvisor” brand keywords, direct-to-merchant PPC, unsolicited spam, malware, or any adult or violent content.

We supply image banners, HTML banners, iframe, text links and API for deeper integrations - all available in multiple languages.

You receive a share of our success fee for every claim we win for your referrals. AirAdvisor’s fee is 30 % of the payout at pre-trial stage (50% if court action is needed). Your cut is one of the highest in the market and is agreed upon during the onboarding process.

You’ll receive credit for any passenger who begins a claim within 60 days of their first click on your link.

Commission is tallied once per month for all claims that received airline payment during that period. Payouts are sent via bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) or PayPal, with self-billing invoices generated automatically.

Simple cases may settle in a few weeks, but court cases can take several months. You are paid in the same month we receive funds from the airline, and your tracking never expires while the claim is open.

Yes. While we run our own in-house program (PostAffiliatePro), we also list select offers on major networks and welcome app developers via our API. Contact partnerships@airadvisor.com for bespoke setups.

Common reasons include incomplete or under-construction sites, traffic sources that breach our policy (see Q 5), previous violations in network programs, or lack of verifiable audience data. You’re welcome to re-apply once the issues are resolved.
