OUR MISSION
Why we created AirAdvisor
Our team understands the frustration, uncertainty, and unexpected costs that come with long delays, last-minute cancellations, or lost baggage.
That’s why we built a simple and easy-to-use claims process that supports passengers when travel goes wrong and makes claiming what you’re owed feel less overwhelming.

Who handles your compensation claim?
Claims for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, and baggage mishandling are all handled by AirAdvisor’s team of attorneys and experienced legal professionals. If your case needs to be escalated, our licensed attorneys will represent you in court proceedings.
Bringing an international perspective and local understanding to every case, our legal team has a deep, practical knowledge of how airlines operate and how air passenger rights rules are applied in real-world situations.
This includes hands-on experience with passenger rights frameworks such as:

Meet the founder
Anton Radchenko is the founder of AirAdvisor, a licensed US attorney, and a member of the American Bar Association. He has over 15 years of hands-on experience in air passenger rights and aviation law.
Anton has held senior legal roles at Asters LLP, a leading European law firm, and served as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs for aviation companies in the Middle East, working directly on regulatory compliance and the government–legal process.
As a Fulbright Scholar and graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, Anton has spent his career immersed in law and aviation. Because of this, he has seen first-hand how often passengers are left without clear answers or fair outcomes from airlines, which has shaped AirAdvisor’s focus on:
- Accountability
- Transparency
- Access to justice for travelers worldwide
“We work to defend your rights because travel should be
comfortable, and everyone deserves to be treated fairly”

Our credentials, built on trust and expertise
AirAdvisor’s noteworthy affiliations support our credibility and commitment to excellence in air passenger rights.
Our purpose & values
AirAdvisor makes flight and baggage compensation accessible to everyone, no matter where you’re from or how often you travel.
We’re here to bridge the gap between passenger rights and airline accountability. So, when your flight doesn’t go to plan, you’re not left guessing what to do next or feeling stuck without answers.
Insight
We start by listening so we can understand what passengers are actually going through. This helps us apply the law, technology, and data in a way that leads to clear, practical solutions.
Energy
We genuinely care about helping passengers when their travel plans go sideways. That’s why we continue to stay curious, improve our tools, and give our very best to solve flight-related problems.
Integrity
Doing the right thing matters to us. We work openly, act ethically, and always put passengers first. Trust isn’t something we assume . . . it’s something we work to earn every day.

OUR STORY
How AirAdvisor got started
AirAdvisor was born from a situation many passengers can relate to. Anton Radchenko and his family were wrongfully denied boarding on a Lufthansa flight and left stranded without meaningful help from the airline.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that, despite being an attorney, Anton still struggled to get the compensation they were legally owed. The claims process was confusing, painfully slow, and was clearly weighted in the airline’s favour. It became obvious that if enforcing passenger rights was this difficult for a legal professional, it must be even harder for most passengers.

OUR GROWTH
Founded in Ukraine as the country’s first airline compensation service, AirAdvisor quickly expanded to support passengers across Europe.
Along the way, we helped strengthen passenger rights in Eastern Europe and were recognised by the MassChallenge Accelerator in the United States.
Anton’s original experience with Lufthansa still shapes everything we do today, from how we handle claims to how we create clear, reliable content passengers can rely on when travel does not go to plan.

TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Passenger rights can be confusing. That’s why we focus on writing clear and easy-to-understand content to help you understand how passenger rights and other regulations work in practice.
