History
We have been helping passengers since 2017
AirAdvisor Founded
AirAdvisor was the first service, which started from Ukraine and quickly progressed to serve 5 countries: Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Russia, UK. Year when we had first victories and first lost cases.
Year when AirAdvisor received first recognition at national media, TV, radio outlets and continued to expand the reach by adding Czech and German languages. AirAdvisor lobbied for adoption of EU passenger rights in East Europe.
AirAdvisor was selected as Top 24 best started by MassChallenge Accelerator in Providence, Rhode Island, USA. AirAdvisor has also won two other startup competitions. AirAdvisor has also expanded its legal partners and started serving clients in 10 languages.
AirAdvisor has improved its quality of services during adverse times of Covid. In 2022 AirAdvisor reached 100,000 clients landmark. During Covid AirAdvisor represented more than a few thousand passengers in a few airlines’ insolvency and liquidation proceedings in different countries.
In 2017 AirAdvisor had an early start and has steadily developed since then. We have been growing organically, taking market share through hard work and focus on customer satisfaction. We are focused on keeping our costs low to ensure we can keep our historic pricing and continue providing the best value on the market to our clients.
CEO of AirAdvisor Anton Radchenko and his family were wrongfully denied boarding by Lufthansa, leaving them stranded at Frankfurt Airport without assistance from the airline. Their wedding anniversary plans were ruined, and even as a lawyer, Mr. Radchenko struggled to claim compensation. This experience inspired him to create an efficient online service to help others in similar situations.

Meet the founder
Anton Radchenko is a licensed attorney with over 12 years of experience in international and aviation law, including contracting with the US government on various projects. He has worked for a top-tier law firm in Europe and served as VP of Legal and Corporate Affairs for a group of aviation companies in the Middle East.
Mr. Radchenko is a Fulbright alumnus and holds a Master's Degree in International Law from the University of Iowa College of Law. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, skiing, and spending time with his family.
