Transparency matters to us, so here is exactly how our fees work in practice. Use the claim-type switcher at the top of the page to see worked examples for each kind of claim.

For reimbursement and baggage claims, our fee is 40% of what the airline pays back. On small claims, where 40% would add up to less than our minimum, we charge a flat minimum service fee instead, so the claim is still worth pursuing. We also never charge more than the airline pays you, so you are never out of pocket.

The last two rows show what happens on smaller claims. If the payout is below €225, our minimum fee applies instead of 40%. If the payout is below the minimum fee, we charge only what the airline paid — not the full minimum.
