How AirAdvisor handles your personal data

1. General provisions

1.1. AirAdvisor International Inc. ("AirAdvisor") provides its services to any internet user. You can access our service through the website https://airadvisor.com. The Privacy Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Consent to the processing of personal data

2.1. Before submitting a claim to AirAdvisor through the website, by checking the box next to the field "I confirm that all information provided by me is true. I agree to all Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy," we consider that you:

- accept the terms of this Policy in full, without reservation or modification;
- acknowledge that your personal data and the personal data of any third parties on whose behalf you are acting may be collected and processed using AirAdvisor's technical systems on this website;
- consent to the collection and processing of all personal data you provide for the purposes set forth in this Policy;

2.4. When providing data about third parties, you confirm that the relevant third party is aware of the provisions of this Policy and has given their unlimited and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

2.5. If you are using AirAdvisor's services on behalf of third parties (e.g., your clients), the information you provide about those third parties will be collected and processed by AirAdvisor on the same terms as your own personal data.

3.1. - details of documents required to support a compensation claim (e.g., booking reference);
- technical data, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address used for your internet connection, your registration details, browser type and version, time zone, browser plug-in type and version, operating system and platform;
- profile details (settings, search history, booking history, and marketing history);
- data on your site visits, clickstream, and navigation history (including date and time), services you have searched for or viewed, page response times, download failures, time spent on certain pages, information about your on-page activity (e.g., scrolling, clicks, mouse-overs), and page navigation methods;
- information shared during telephone conversations, via email, our website, social media, our support team, or other channels;
- information required for entering into or fulfilling an agreement with you or any third parties on whose behalf you are acting;
- information about activities involving you and us, or any third parties on whose behalf you are acting;
- strictly necessary cookies, and cookies collected and sent to Amplitude and Intercom to enable use of those tools for the purpose of improving website performance;
- any other information you voluntarily provide on the website.

3.3. If you do not want us to process your personal data or the personal data of any third parties on whose behalf you are acting, please do not provide us with that information.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of any or all of your personal data and the personal data of any third parties on whose behalf you are acting to servers located internationally, solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. 8. Personal Data Retention
