Buisness Clas Seat did not work
The seats my wife and I selected were given to another couple. The seats given to us did not function properly, and would not recline. The flight staff had to manual manipulate the seats to allow only one setting at a time. This resulted in a terrible flight experience, with business class becoming no class

I booked a rewards flight from Doha to Prague through United Airlines using Turkish Airlines flights. My original booking showed 1 checked bag was included. I showed this receipt at Doha airport and they did not charge for our 3 checked bags. When leaving Prague Turkish Airlines charged me $980 usd to check the same three bags even though my booking showed baggage was included. Not only did they charge me when they shouldn't have, the price was outrageous and they required me to pay in cash. Turkish Airlines also ended up cancelling two of my flight segemnts for the trip and I had to pay United Airlines $677.25 the first time and $752.50 the second time to book new flights even though this was not my choice. I ended up even losing a day of planned vacation because of their schedule changes. Completely unhappy with United Airlines and Turkish Airlines and doubtful I will ever use them again. I was a previous Premier 1K member with United and saved those miles to enjoy a trip with family. The trip ended up costing me all miles and more money out of pocket than just buying the tickets through another airline and not using miles at all.

Confirmation: SIR72U; E-tickets: 2357073591864/65. Based on 1 Nov IST-AMM flight cancellation we were notified of this morning, after that was taken care of very well with Vadat via phone, I took the time to recheck all flights/seat assignments. I noted out 27 Oct TK 10 seats had been changed with our being notified. Original seats we requested and received confirmation was 4A, 4B. Today I noticed it was listed as 4B and 4K! Since 4A is now listed as occupied, we updated to 4B, 4D. But not happy about the arbitrary change without notification.

Problems at airport
I was on my way back home to Osaka Kansai from Japan and my flight from Malaga was delayed which ended up making me miss my connecting flight. They put me on a flight 24 hours later and and gave me a hotel but I did not receive my big suitcase back. I ended up missing a days work so it cost me an additional 250 euros.- Malaga-Osaka

I booked the flight from Bucharest to Miami on September 22
The duration of the flight on the screen and paper (attached) was 14 hrs , but when I did the check in, the total duration was changed to 28hrs and 40 min. I spoke to a turkish airline rep on Bucharest airport and I was told that at the initial booking was an error on the screen (14 hrs). that made me believe that the connecting flight is the same day. This affected me because I needed to be back ion Miami on Sept. 22, not to be waiting in Istambul more then 13hrs to take a night flight. I needed to pay extra $1400.00 in order to fly back as I booked initially due to that screen error. Please help. I also completed a feedback form the way I was advised at Bucharest. The purpose of my trip was to burry my deceased mom and I had enough pain with this and many expenses, I didn't need more pain and aggravation when I was told that it was a very good airline and I trusted for this trip. Cancel flights 7 July to 8 July wait 19houres 45 minutes
Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to report two incidents that took place on my going flight JFK/IST/HBE & my return flight HBE/IST/JFK. On my flight TK004 JFK/IST dated July 6, 2024, and upon arriving in Istanbul, we (my daughter Mirola Seha and myself) were supposed to have a transit time for 01:25 hrs before our connecting flight to HBE (was supposed to be at 06:45 on July 7, 2024). Upon asking the traffic staff, we were informed that our flight had been cancelled!! When we asked what we had to do, they told us that we have to get our check-in baggage, and that in order to do so, I have to apply for a visa which was not planned. I had a hard time getting the visa, and I had to pay for it. It took us four hours to do so. We also had to pass through a customs check (that was not planned). Then we had to get in the airport again going through security checks and checking in again. Our flight to HBE was rescheduled to be on July 8, 2024 at 00:40. Upon arriving at the assigned gate, they informed us that the gate was changed, and we had to run a long distance in order not to miss our flight. Our transit time became 19:40 hrs instead of 01:45, resulting in suffering very long waiting and tiredness, and my legs got swollen. Furthermore, we missed a very important family occasion. With regard to our return flight HBE/IST dated August 12, 2024. When I called in advance to ask about our flight, they informed us that our flight had been cancelled (again!!!). We had to call our Travel Agency again to reschedule our flight. We could hardly get seats on flight TK697 HBE/IST dated August 14, 2024. This delay for two days resulted in missing my work. Please take the necessary action. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, and hope that I will not have to inform IATA, ICAO, and STAR ALLIANCE about the incidents. Thank you!

My flight was at 26th july but still have not got my baggage
This was my first flight from Dhaka to USA. First flight was delayed almost 2 hours because of that my connecting flight was about to missed. Because of this inconvenience still I have not received my baggage. I am spending extra money for my necessary belongings which are already in my baggage. Already I have spent around 1000 usd . I have request for 3-wheelchairs, when I arrived at the Istanbul airport I approached the wheelchair operator. The electric wheelchair operator was so rude and disrespectful. Didn't allow any of us to sit in her electric wheelchair but to my surprise she allowed one family that didn't even requested the wheelchair. The family asked for the wheelchair and she showed them sign with her eyes and ask to sit in the wheelchair. When I ask her to call the supervisor, first rejected to get the supervisor later when I insist she call and explain him in Turkish, I was not able to understand what she said and when I try to explain the supervisor he don't want to listen to us. I have the operator pictures and the Cart No. 0075 she was operating. Please let me know if you want me to share her picture.

i flu today from Istanbul to Miami and the lady on back seat was hitting with her legs the seat to make more room. I call the flight attendant and she didn do anything because the lady was from turkey and i am from USA complaint again and the team was so unprofessional and no reaction, the stewards was so rude, and didn speak any English. Also the all plane smell like a piss(dirty bathroom) when we enter the plane.no a/c was running at the beginning it was awful.- Istanbul-Miami

Flight got cancelled at the last minute and didnt get baggag
I have booked the Turkish airlines . They offered me to Hyderabad (India) to Delhi , Delhi -> Istanbul -> Atlanta. When we arrived to Airport on June 10 , Then I have been notified that flight got cancelled . This is not good and my wife and 2 years old my son got affected and tensed much. after multiple follow ups , they gave the alternate route which was added one more stop like below. HyderabAd -> Mumbai -> Delhi -> Istanbul -> Atlanta. My spouse and son got affected too much tension and travel in the night . Apart from this , the baggage also didnt recieve in the destination. We have very important documents in the baggage which we need to show up in the interview . so I could not able to attend the event. So this way , Entire my plan got disturbed and affected Much. It would be good if you can notify us before any flight cancellations, Because to come and onboard to Hyderabad (Spouse and Kid of 2 years ) travelled 24 hours in the train and finally reached to Hyderabad airport . Then they said , flight got cancelled. Really we afraid of the situation.- Hyderabad-Atlanta
