Flight Attendants should ask parents who can't control their children's voices to quiet them or move to a less crowded place on the plane.

Why is it ok for parents to allow their children to talk loudly and scream thru the entire flight??? Why can't there FAs politely ask them to quiet their child or move to a less crowded area of the plane???

You have Terrible Staff, you should be ashamed
I am writing to tell you how disgusted that I am that you would allow this so-called woman Sydney Farruzi and Teri Poulton to remain with your agency. They celebrated the fact that Charlie Kirk was brutally murdered. No one deserves that regardless of what side of the isle you are on. Two babies don't have a dad. A wife doesn't have a husband, and Parents no longer their child.Β I cannot stand a leftist viewpoint but would never wish death upon any of you.- Economy

Terrible customer service by the Baggage Claim Service Center.
As stated above my wifeβs bag was not put on DL14 at ATL on 09/09/2025 which was discovered when we reached FRA International Airport in Frankfurt Gate D. I immediately went to the Baggage Claim desk located near the baggage turnstiles and filed a claim with agent Ilhan who located the bag in ATL and issued a property irregularity report to expedite the bags delivery to FRA saying he would contact me when the bag arrived between 8 and 9 AM 09/10/2025 and give me details on itβs transport to my hotel about an hours drive from FRA. The airtag in the bag told us that the bag arrived at 9AM 09/11/2025. At 1030 AM we had not received a call so we called the number given to me. An Agent named Nora called me back after my 2nd call. She asked my name and said my bag would be delivered to Munich. I objected of course and she kept rudely interrupting me as I tried to give her the correct information. The rudeness of this person is my main complaint about this situation. It is an extremely unpleasant experience in any case but this leaves us with a bad impression of what happened. She checked and said the bag had arrived and she had to go over to the turnstile get it. That meant that the bag was circling the turnstile for 2 hours! She never let me finish a sentence or voice my angst over two days of lost VP and missed medication for my wife. She should not be in a customer service role. I am sure I am not the first person to be treated this way. Theoretically we will have the bag sometime this evening whatever that means!? Never have I received such rude customer service in my 80 years!Overall
At the Baggage Claim Center at FRA International Airport Gate D we had the rudest customer service ever experienced in my 80 years by an agent named Nora who would not listen to us and talked over our concerns about my wifeβs bag which has needed medicati

I bought a round-trip flight paid down-payment on PayPal had to pay $975 dollars at airport. They day before flight try to check in couldn't find booking. Got in touch with your online services they confirmed that it was booked but that your system voided my ticket ( not me but your sytem!!!) All in all I had to stay in Germany for another week and I had to book my own return flight and the only refund I had received was the down-payment on PayPal which was only $200 so I as you can see I've made a big lost cause I had to buy another ticket to return back from my own money- Frankfurt-Savannah

The same day of the flight they cancelled both of them, Houston to Atlanta and Atlanta to Madrid, causing that I got to Madrid at 8pm instead of 9am, making me lose almost an entire day without any information about why the flight was cancelled. It caused an anxiety attack on me having to reschedule flights, connection flights and plans for being picked up in Madrid. I had also already paid for a checked bag that I had to buy again for the rescheduled flights.- Houston-Madrid

DELTA operated by LATAM MESS!
I bought my round way ticket from Miami to Santiago Chile on Delta website, as I have Delta credit card giving me free luggage. Also, on Delta and other airlines I flu multiple times before, Ski/Boot bags considered as 1 normal check in luggage, as long as it is under 50 lb. After I book my flight, I found out that it is operated by LATAM. I flu on "operated by" before many times, and it is never deviated from rules of original airline. This time, it did. LATAM'S baggage rules for sport equipment is different. Some people were charged $70, some $150, some 0. I was bombarded with emails from Delta: buy additional luggage, Get ready for your flight, Time to Check in etc, but non of it were available on Delta. When I bough my ticket, I was provided with Delta's code, not LATAM"S, but nothing could be done on Delta website: after going thru the process, at the end you keep getting error, stating this service is not available. Phone representative only apologizing, but can't answer any questions....ALL I got from him is LATAM's code, so I was able to check in and got my boarding pass, but was not able to finalize my luggage: keep getting message "service not available at this time". When I got to the airport ( I had my boarding pass already) I was told by LATAM person that I still need to go thru kiosk to check in. After going true the process, I got an error at the very end. LATAM's representative tried different machine, and got the same. Then he sad that I have to go to Delta's check in. Wasting time at Delta, only to be told that I have to go thru LATAM.... after 40 min being shuffled around, finally at the counter, I was told that I am late: my flight was closed 20 min ago and I need to be re-booked to another flight! LATAM's representative took my passport and returned with new boarding pass.... the same time, the same seat, but just LATAM: no Delta any more....Why Delta can't control "operated by"? Should not 'Operated by" fallow rules of Original Airline? Or at least inform passenger about differences at the time of purchasing in CAPITAL LETTERS, not unreadably small print suggesting to check rules for other airline. Who is responsible for this MESS? Is this is DELTA's way of doing business going forward? I want to know, as I am not going to pay for the card if every flight will be "operated by" with no rules, no Customer service and no common cense. I do require response.Overall
no coordination between Delta and LATAM

We found out flight canceled when we were on line to check in. The earliest flight we founf was for next day from a different city so We booked to fly to Paris on 20th and catch another flight to jfk for the next day, Delta provided a hotel and meal vouchers which did not meet our needs and we were still left with significant inconvenience. The hotel accommodations arranged were not suitable for us, and the food vouchers could not be used, leaving us to cover our own expenses. More importantly, the cancellation caused us to miss important personal and professional obligations: I was unable to return home in time to care for my elderly father and had to urgently arrange alternative care, while my husband missed a scheduled business meeting that resulted in a lost opportunity. Coming back we needed to pay extra fee to upgrade our flight class to get a more comfortable seats, since we didnβt get much sleep the night before because of the inconveniences!!! We understand that irregular operations happen, but the impact of this cancellation went beyond an overnight delay. Given the circumstances, we respectfully request reimbursement or a travel credit as compensation for the disruption and the challenges we faced as a result of the cancellation. We have always valued Deltaβs service and reliability, and we hope you will consider our request as a gesture of goodwill. We paid $4,348,000 for the round-trip ticket for both of us and weβd like compensation at your earliest. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter- Nice-New York

Complaint Against Delta Airlines β Mishandling of Pet Travel During Military PCS
My son and his wife, both traveling under official military PCS orders, were relocating from Austin, TX to Seoul, Korea with their three cats. Their original booking was with American Airlines, but they were denied boarding due to AAβs policy prohibiting in-cabin pets on flights longer than 12 hours. In urgent need of an alternative, my son approached the Delta Airlines counter at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and spoke with a representative named Ikeysha. She sold them tickets for a same-day itinerary via Salt Lake City, assuring them that all three cats could fly in-cabinβtwo with the passengers and one with an extra seat purchase. Upon returning to check in, they were told this was incorrect. Deltaβs policy allows only one pet per passenger in-cabin, and the agent named Key refused to allow an extra seat purchase for the third cat. My son then requested to check the third cat as baggage under Deltaβs military PCS pet policy, which Key and her supervisor Juan T denied, citing the Salt Lake City to ICN leg was too long. My son proposed rerouting through LAX or Seattle to shorten the international leg, but Juan T then claimed the cat could not fly out of Austin due to temperature restrictions, even though it was only 77Β°F at 7pm. Deltaβs own policy states pets may not fly as checked baggage if temperatures at the time of travel exceed 80Β°Fβnot based on peak daytime highs. When my son asked to fly early the next morning to avoid heat concerns, both agents refused further assistance. Juan T told him to "leave one cat behind" and dismissed him from the counter. They refused to help with a refund and directed him to call the reservations line. β οΈ Why This Matters: β’ Delta staff provided false information that led to ticket purchases under incorrect assumptions. β’ Delta refused to honor their own military PCS pet travel policy, causing emotional and financial distress. β’ Staff showed a lack of empathy and professionalism, telling a military family to abandon a pet. β’ Delta failed to offer reasonable alternatives or solutions, despite multiple attempts by the passenger. π Resolution Requested: β’ Formal acknowledgment of the mishandling and staff misconduct. β’ Policy review and retraining for staff handling military PCS and pet travel cases. β’ Consideration of compensation for emotional distress and logistical disruption.Overall

I need reimbursement for my returning flight
On my flight home I was moved to another airplane, and I was put in the main cabin, I need to be reimbursed as I paid for comfort class. While I was returning home from Sweden a flight attendant walked in front of the seat I was sitting in which was located in the first row of comfort class and stepped on my right foot that was crossed over my left foot. I immediately notified a member of the Delta team and an incident report regarding this issue was filled out by the pilot. The injury to my right leg caused a great deal of pain during the remainder of my flight. When I arrived in NY my flight was canceled, I attempted to get on another flight, however, this was a huge challenge as the team members behind the counter were extremely unprofessional and left me in my wheelchair unattended for a lengthy amount of time. Several of the individuals that assisted me with my wheelchair and getting to my gates requested tips, I also felt that this was extremely unprofessional. Stood in line over two hours at the service.
Only two employee's on Sunday morning working the service counter, waited over two hours for a boarding pass, did not have a way to print one before going to airport, delay caused me to miss the flight and had to reschedule the next day. Have always flown Delta, never had a problem, this has left a bad taste and may be looking at other airlines to fly, I was not the only one that missed the flit due to the lack of employee's working the counter that day.- Economy

No Wheel chair asordered. husband can barely walk
No wheel chairs was provided as orfered in Seattle airport. My husband had to walk from A13 gate to B7 gate. then flight was delayed from 9.20 PM to 10:30 PM from Gate A13. so we had to walk again all the way back. We tried to have a wheel chair but there were none!!! Delta is the worth airline ever. We had to come back to LAX for emergency JUL 27 instead of JUL 29 . We tried to exchange our ticket of 29th (GXR2B1) for other flight of JUL 27. impossible. so had to book 1st class on Delta 2920. It was impossible to get to the Delta lounge even with 1st class ticket. At 89 and 80 years old we had to hang around this so noisy airport for hours. We want reimbursement for the flight portion of 29 July Seattle LAX for 2. Delta 2914 12.15 pm. booking GXR2B1 I was told by the employee at the desk of Delta in Seattle that I could get reimbursement for these 2 tickets by phoning 1 800 325 3732 . I phoned while at Seattle airport yesterday my phone rang for 45 minutes. no anwer. I tried again today 7/28/25 twice it rang for 75 minutes no answer. Is this a joke? Major baggage delays Myrtle Beach Airport
We arrived a few minutes early per the problem, had to wait a few minutes for the crew to guide us to the gate. We exited the plane, rushed to baggage and waited over an hour for our bags. My wife was in major pain with her feet and legs and waiting on this made it 10x worse. Others (minor) flights behind us, United, alleganie, sprit arrived and baggage claimed, that arrived after us. We are a loyal sky miles customer and very, very disappointed in our experience, to the point of us ending our Delta/Sky miles relationship. We missed our pickup and ended up paying $65 for a cab ride home. Delta is supposed to be the top tier of flying, but our past few experiences have said otherwise. Rates are much cheaper with other airlines if we going to get mediocre service. With regrets Johnny D Simpson- Economy

Unnecessary Hassle by Delta Crew of Elderly Passengers
My parents Halina Brancaccio, 78 years old and my dad Pasquale Brancaccio, 84 years old were initially declined to board the plane after arriving at the gate. The reason given was that my dadβs passport expires December 2, 2025, it needed to have 90 days left before returning. My parents were told that they would have to return 8/2/25 (originally 9/6/25) and would have to pay an additional $4000. If the 90-day is a standard then the return date should have been 9/2/25. Somehow the situation was resolved and they were allowed to board but not before more unnecessary hassle. The people at the gate told my dad that he has to check in his carry on, meanwhile the gate was scheduled to close within minutes. He was told that there is no space on the plane for his carry on. They took his carry-on, tagged it and gave it to a flight attendant then allowed to board. On the plane the flight attendant returned the carry-on to him because there were 4 completely empty overhead storage compartments. This is not just poor customer service, this is actual harassment! My parents are elderly and should have not been treated this way! My dad was so upset that he could not sleep for 4 nights. Does Delta condone such abuse of and discrimination against the elderly? I hope not. To show a good gesture Delta should apologize and refund the full cost of their tickets!- Economy

sat on the plane waiting for over an hour for available gate
I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the unacceptable delays I experienced on my recent flights with Delta. My trip was already emotionally challenging, as I was traveling to New York to attend my mother's funeral, and these extensive delays added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. On Flight 305 from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to JFK, I was forced to remain on the aircraft for over an hour waiting for an available gate. The lack of clear communication and efficient coordination made this delay even more frustrating. On my return flight, which was diverted to Palm Beach Airport, I was stuck on the plane for over four hours before we were able to finally fly to Fort Lauderdale, our intended destination. This level of delay is not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable. I expect Delta to provide an explanation for these delays, as well as compensation for the extreme inconvenience I endured. As a loyal customer, I believe Delta should prioritize passenger comfort and effective communication, and in this case, both fell significantly short. I look forward to your prompt response.- Economy

Explanation of exorbitant change fee and lack of response
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent customer service experience with Delta regarding my claim. I am disputing a change fee of $1425.06. In summary: 6/24: Ticket purchased for flight to South Africa. Barbara Barrett: $8387 1/25 I changed my departure from LAX to SNA. The Delta agent said there was no fee for the change, the change was issued. 3/ 26/25: While in South Africa, and without a fee, my travel companion changed her returning flight. Since she is a novice flyer, she wanted me to join her on the new flight. My husband agreed to help with the flight change β but waited 45 minutes until a fee was determined. β’ The Delta agent said there was a flight, and she would have to inquire about a change fee. After 15 minutes, the agent came back with a nominal fee, then said she had to check something. After 30 more additional minutes, she said the change fee would be $1,421, 60 where in fact, we were charged $1425.06?? Even though it is a matter of a few dollars, it was the second time an inaccurate fee was stated. β’ Upon landing in Atlanta, I inquired at the ticket counter if I could change to an earlier flight and what the fee would be. He said, "There is no change fee, however, there are no flights at this time." Again, a change fee discrepancy. β’ A letter was sent to customer service outlining our concerns and disputing the amount. 4/6/25 β’ Email received from Delta: βWe sincerely apologize for the disruption you encountered. Please expect a response soon.β May 15, 2025 It has now been six weeks with no response from Delta. My concerns: 1. Why the change fee? And why so much? Did the agent not understand that we already had a booked ticket, and she was charging us for a new one-way ticket? Looking at a future random date for that same flight, rates are similar to $1500. 2. Googling the "average" change fee for Delta, it states "$0-400." However, mine was three times that much. 3. Two agents stated, "no change fee." One agent stated two, yet a different amount was charged to my card. 4. I do not understand why it would take 45 minutes to determine the change fee. 5. Your email states, "I have documented your concerns to our leadership team to review." Please clarify. When can I expect a response? E- Economy

Influence by other flights
The airline has not responded, it has been over 2 weeks. My delay was over 7hrs, they didn't offer food/drink vouchers, only one flight option was presented, I wasn't given any options.- Boise-Delhi

Influence by other flights
Due to the delay in Lisbon, they had to rebook my travel so instead of Lis > Ams > Sea > Anc they rebooked me to Lis > Ams > MSP > Sea. When they redid this, I noticed that they did NOT rebook all the way to Anc and instead the itinerary ended in Seattle. I was panicked on my flight from Ams to MSP and tried to do the chat feature in the air with the airline to which the airline representative tried to find me a solution that would not get me into Anchorage until the next day. I was frustrated so I waited until I landed in MSP to talk to a real person. He told me they couldn't find anything for that day to get me home either but could get me to Fairbanks ??? which is 6 hour drive in the Alasakan winter from my house, so obviously that was not a real solution. He instead said he could get me there direct from MSP 24 hours later on a flight and when I asked if they would be covering my hotel he said no because it is KLM's fault of the delay and to put in a claim with them.- Lisbon-Anchorage

Problems at airport
My original delta flight was delayed which caused me to miss my flight in Amsterdam to Italy and we were stuck at the airport for 9 hours till we could catch the next flight. It caused us to miss getting our rental car and had to get a taxi which costed way more. Not to mention our luggage didnβt arrive and we had to wait another day to get our luggage which costed us more time and money- Amsterdam-Milan
