Ok...My original flight was 984 01/10/24 to CTG. We were delayed all day, and the flight was finally canceled at about 10:00 on 1/10/24. You guys canceled, rebooked, and canceled so many times I lost count. My luggage did not arrive with me in Cartagena! It would seem like the employees loading the plane knew more than 36 people were aboard so where were the remaining bags? At least 169 passengers were on this flight. Anyway, I arrived with no luggage, clothes, shoes, toiletries, NOTHING! I had to chase my bags from Atlanta to Bogota (never went there) to Cartagena. I need Delta to compensate me for the $256.00 i spent buying something to wear and to give me MQD's for my time and trouble. Please do not say it was the weather for the baggage fiasco as we had employees giving us real-time information that things went a rye in Atlanta due to employees not showing up for work. DELTA! You're a premier employer based in ATLANTA and you couldn't house any of your employees? What is wrong with this picture!! The gate agent was extremely nice, patient, and understanding especially since the gate was changed 5 times at Concourse E then to Concourse B, and back to Concourse E. When you pull my information to verify this flight you will see that I had wheelchair assistance, what happened to them? 27 hours in the Atlanta airport with a surgical boot is unacceptable. Again, I want to be compensated for the additional clothing cost I suffered due to my bags being lost and MQD's. Denise LeGree

Staff

It would been nice if Delta would of warned us that there would be over 10k passengers trying catch different flights in the terminal that day and most people were coming back from cruises. I have seen chaos at the airports before but nothing like that days and Delta was so understaffed that day. Lines were so long and when you got to the counter they wouild see you to another. It was a terrible experience. Hope in the future there would be more staff for guidance. The worst experience ever with Delta.

Weather conditions

The 5.1. fright PRG-AMS was cancelled, rebooked to 6.1.. Then 6.1. flights both PRG-AMS and AMS-DTW were cancelled and rebooked to 8.1. (PRG-AMS, AMS-LHR, LHR-TPA). So i arrived to my final destination 3 days later. KLM representative informed me that reason of cancellation was weather conditions in AMS. However there were other Airports serving KLM-Delta alliance open later and rebooking for 3 days wait in Prague was decision of the airlines. My largest expenses due to these rebookings were the hotels to stay in until the final flights (i.e. 3 nights) and I ask KLD to reimburse me. Thank you.

Weather conditions

On Sunday 1-5-25 I arrived on time at the gate to fly from Hamburg over Amsterdam, Minneapolis to Missoula. I was supposed to arrive in Missoula Sunday 1-5-25 at 8:32pm. The flight from Hamburg to Amsterdam was delayed by about 2 hours. I was told weather conditions in Amsterdam causing the delay. I was told that my connection flight was delayed as well and I should just wait. So I did. Once I arrived in Amsterdam the flight to Minneapolis has already departed. I was told I will be rebooked. I was rebooked to fly out on Tuesday 1-7-25, from Ams to CDG, from CDG to SLC and from SLC to MSO. I was told to find myself a hotel for the 2 nights since KLM had no availability. I booked a room for 2 nights in Amsterdam and used Uber to get from airport to hotel both directions. I lost 2 days of income since I was schedule to work.

No reason given

Our flight from Nice was a complete logistical mess. The day before departure, we received multiple emails stating the flight was canceled, but each time we called Delta, we were told everything was fine. On the day of travel, we received yet another cancellation notice but were again assured the flight was on schedule. At the airport, we boarded almost an hour after the scheduled departure time due to apparent issues with ticket scanning, requiring additional equipment to process tickets. After landing at JFK, there was a 45-minute delay in releasing our luggage, which, combined with the flight delay, baggage claim delay, and subsequent security delays, caused us to miss our connecting flight. Along with about 20 other passengers, we were issued food, ride, and hotel vouchers at the help desk, but none of the food vouchers worked, only two ride vouchers worked, and the hotel provided was 40 minutes away and in unacceptable condition. With all these issues, we arrived at our final destination a full day late on August 21st at 6:00 PM, missing events, doctor appointments, and work commitments. The only other compensation was a $250 ecredit for each passenger.

My baggage was lost due to flight connection restrictions. I had an air tag in my luggage and I was told by KLM they could not find my luggage. I could see the luggage sitting in the terminal for 2 days. I had to go buy clothes since there was no timeframe when I would receive my luggage. If I had not had the air tag , my luggage would have been sitting on the tarmac/ terminal for several days. and I was leaving the country to go to Austria the next day. After speaking with the KLM representative, with no luck, we decided to go to the airport and retrieve our luggage (my companions were also missing luggage). When I arrived at the airport, they had told me my luggage was on a truck to be delivered. This was after several call to the customer service line and almost 2 days later. As my luggage started to move ( I could see from my air tag) I could see the movement had stopped when enroute to hotel. By the time I received my luggage, it had been tampered with. The locks were missing and I had no note from TSA they had opened my luggage. all of my belonging were all over the place as though the luggage had been ransacked. This was unacceptable!!! I now lost all of my scheduled time in Munich (2 DAYS) and I was leaving for Austria in the morning.

SEE BELOW DENIED BOARDING BAGGAGE REPRESENTATIVE

THERE IS NO PROMOTIONAL CONTENT! MELAINE E. PATTERSON PO.BOX 362 ARLINGTON MA. 02476 DECEMBER 11TH, 2024 MR. ED BASTIAN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER DELTA CORPORATE OFFICES 1030 DELTA BLVD. ATLANTA, GA 30354 RE: CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, BAGGAGE, MISSED FLIGHT, TSA COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS Dear Mr. Bastian: I am writing to you to share experiences traveling on Delta Airlines, your company. On Friday, September 27th, 2024, a ticket with the confirmation number of HYWET2 was bought by one of your frequent flier customers, Ms. Tina Ezumah, for me to attend a wedding in Los Angeles, CA. The departure originated out of Boston’s logan airport to Los Angeles, CA. The departure date was Thursday November 21st@6:05 A.M. with an arrival in Los Angeles @ 9:45A.M. Upon arrival at Logan airport, terminal A, I met with the luggage attendant who told my husband and I after unloading my luggage that the departure gate had been changed to terminal E and he could not check my luggage. My husband and I reloaded the luggage to head for terminal E. Upon arrival at terminal E the desk attendant told me that it was too late to load my luggage and wanted to know why the representative at terminal A did not check my luggage? He said I would have made my flight had my luggage been checked. I explained that the attendant told me he could not check my luggage, and it had to be checked @ terminal E. He said that was untrue and resulted in my missing the 6:00 A.M. flight. The attendant at terminal E began searching for another flight to put me on, checked my luggage and gave it back to me after saying the luggage was overweight to the sum of $210.00 when it should have only been $80.00. He then directed me back to terminal A for a rescheduled flight 10:45 A.M. to arrive in Los Angeles @2:00 and told me to check my luggage at least an hour before my flight. Upon leaving terminal E, signs being confusing, we missed the airport exit to remain, had to leave the airport, and come back in again. The weather was rainy and upon leaving the airport met a flat tire entering an entrance ramp back to the airport. For safety reasons, we were able to enter the Boston department of transportation parking lot. In the meantime, a call was made to AAA for road service. They could not guarantee me an arrival time, which would put me in jeopardy of missing the second flight, which at this point I could not afford to do. My elderly husband arranged for transportation for me to get back to the airport so as not to miss my flight. I left him with the car waiting for AAA and was transported back to the airport. Upon arrival the second time I met the agent who said he could not check the luggage. I explained to him that he caused me to miss my flight the first time. He told me that his supervisors said, β€œbaggage could not be checked” and that was the reason for his not checking my luggage initially. When I told him that the representative in terminal E said that was not true. He apologized. My baggage was checked through to Los Angeles and I continued to the gate. Upset to say the least, I boarded the rescheduled flight. I was seated in the next to last row at the back of the plane. It was row forty-three, there were forty-four rows. The smell of jet fuel irritated my eyes and nose. I tried to stifle coughing. After a brief time on the tarmac, we took off. Once airborne, the captain came over the speaker and announced that seat belts would remain fastened because we were in for a β€œrough ride.” Well, that rough ride resulted in turbulence from Boston to Los Angeles. I became a more emotional mess. When we landed and I was about to deboard, I asked who was flying the plane. The captain raised his hand, and I told him while he was flying, I was praying. I retrieved my luggage and was picked up. Once in the car I broke down with the driver. I was 5 hours late. When it was time for me to leave Los Angeles and return to Boston, my experience was just as traumatic. I checked my bags and was charged the $80.00 fee for the same two bags. So, why was I charged $210.00? I had a small carry-on. As a licensed cosmetologist I had my hair products in the check on bag. When I went through security, first I was tagged for a pat down. I wore a sanitary pad for incontinence, and I told the agent so. I was told it appeared to be β€œsomething more.” As a sexual abuse advocate, counselor, and survivor I consented to a pat down that was clearly inappropriate triggering my sensibilities. The x-ray machine shows β€œeverything.” I then went to get my carryon and was told there were items in the bag that I would have to throw away or check that bag. I agreed to check the bag as I was not going to throw away expensive products. I was escorted out of the terminal by the TSA agent to check the carry-on and to do a security check a second time. Due to the nature of the first security check, I went to a different station. This time when I went through the security check, I was NOT flagged, I was NOT patted down, and I felt that I had been profiled. Why did I not receive the same security challenge as the first time? Totally and thoroughly exasperated I made my way to the boarding gate. Once again, triggered by β€œunnecessary” issues adding to my emotional distress. I wanted you to have the opportunity of investigating these allegations. I realize in these trying times one must be diligent, however the processes that I incurred were excessive. I am requesting a refund of the overcharge on baggage. I am also asking that TSA be given sensitivity training to individuals with any type of sexual abuse history and those policies and procedures be told. Lastly, I am asking for clarification in the policies and procedures of baggage check in at the curbside. I should not have missed my flight as I was at the airport in a prompt fashion. Should you need to contact me and discuss this further, I can be reached at 617-230- 9788. I would appreciate your attention to the issues raised in this writing and thank you in advance. Respectfully, Chaplain Melaine E. Patterson

Rude Flight attendant Newark airport

As I was entering the plane I said β€œgood morning” do you have a trash can” the flight attendant asked me what I needed and I said a trash can and then said good morning twice as if to say I hadn’t greeted them. This unnecessary passive aggressive hostile behavior should not be the standards delta holds themselves to. I would recommend more vetting of staff that greet other employees. I understand customer service is hard but should atleast have common courtesy to other human beings.

My Delta flight operated by KLM (DL9384/KL0651) was canceled within hours of departure. The KLM customer service desk informed me that I was not allowed to pick up my checked luggage. As a result, I had to buy pants, a sweater, a t-shirt, and a coat as it was raining in Amsterdam. I had just come from Accra, Ghana so I had no winter wear. The KLM customer service desk informed me that I was intitled to financial compensation for these purchases, and any others incurred due to this cancelation.

***I have contacted the airline many times. The form wouldn't let me proceed without saying "no" **** Upon check-in, the counter agents were unable to issue our return tickets. After thorough investigation and several phone calls with AirFrance, we discovered that a ticketing incident occurred during our outbound flight to Portugal. According to an AirFrance agent, there was an accidental manipulation of the return journey ticket by another agent, leading to the inability to issue our return tickets. Following the guidance of the AirFrance agent we spoke to, we proceeded to purchase plane tickets independently and were advised to submit a claim for reimbursement. Despite requesting the option for AirFrance to issue or sell us a ticket, we were informed that the available options were not favorable, and it was recommended that we purchase tickets on our own. In compliance with this advice, we purchased the most cost-effective tickets that ensured our timely return within the same time period.

I was informed of the delay for my flight from Atlanta to Paris once I arrived in Atlanta on October 31, 2024. The airport staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They made zero efforts to try to accommodate me or help to try to make it to my connecting flight. Our plane was supposed to land at 12pm and my connecting flight was boarding at 12:15pm. Once I arrived in Paris on November 1, 2024, around 12:20pm, I attempted to get to the connecting flight, but it had just flown out. At that point, I went to the customer service desk for Air France, I was informed that they can book me for the next flight to Armenia which was the next day. The staff there were extremely friendly and went out of their way to try to accommodate me. Air France booked me with another flight to Yerevan, Armenia for November 2, 2024, at 12:30pm. I ended up arriving at my final destination on Nov. 2, 2024, at 8:15pm instead of November 1. The airline was accommodating in providing a hotel to stay at and meal vouchers at the hotel. Due to the delay and missed connecting flight, I missed a whole day of plans I had in Yerevan which were to celebrate my sister's birthday.

Upon entering the plane- we were informed that our seats info screens were broken. We were flying delta one and it was an 11 hour flight! They assured us we would be monetarily compensated when we got back to the states and contacted delta. We have gone through every avenue and have been denied. For 6k a seat- to not have any access to movies/ tv etc- in unacceptable. My husband is a million miles member. What kind of customer service is this and a horrible way to treat loyal customers.

Flight Attendant covering 1st Class was rude, on his phone,

First, my wife and I were not greeted upon stepping on the Plane, as the Flight Attendant was on his phone. Drinks were not served until approximately an hour after takeoff, and only minutes before dinner was served, while the rest of the plane was served drinks shortly after takeoff. When I inquired if I could have a drink, in a condescending tone I was told he needed to prepare the meal, when actually the majority of the time was spent prior to and after takeoff he was on his phone. I expect more, flying 1st Class...

No at set entertainment or power

Dear Sir, I travelled from Heathrow to Atlanta (and onward to Knoxville) on 19th October 2024 on flight DL031 in seat 20D. On embarkation I discovered that the entertainment system, electrical power and ability to contact the cabin crew was unavailable. The same was true of seat 20C next to me. I asked the cabin crew on separate three occasions if they could resolve the matter, but with no success. Your strap line is β€˜your comfort is our priority’ but I had to endure the flight with no entertainment and, worse, no power. The purpose of flying Premium Economy was to work and this was not possible without power. Worse still, there is a real safety issue here. The return trip cost Β£3,982 and I was unable to work or enjoy the flight in comfort and hence I request a full refund to me for the outward journey of Β£1,991. Worse still, and quite unbelievably, the on the return flight, VS4044 in seat 22G on 25th October there was no entertainment or power. At seat lighting was only available part way into the flight. I was sent a $150 voucher for another Delta flight but an unlikely to be flying again soon, and hence this is unacceptable. The return trip cost Β£3,982 and I was unable to work or enjoy either trans-Atlantic flight in comfort and hence I request a 75% refund of Β£2,987.

My stroller was sent back on the plane.

I arrived at JFK on October 30th with my infant son. As I got off the plane, I asked a worker where do I get my stroller, he said at baggage claim. I walked through the airport pushing my carryon while carrying my son. I got to baggage claim waited about 30-45 mins by carousel 1 where I was directed to go, no stroller. I asked someone for help they told me to check carousel 9. Now I have 2 suitcases and carry my son. I asked someone else for help he said he will go check at the gate nothing was there. While I waited for him, I asked a young lady by the name of Petagay who works for delta she called someone and after they looked around and the guy came back, she then told me I needed to go the delta claims department. She helped me with my bags over to where I needed to go and asked another young lady to help track my stroller. My stroller was put back on the plane headed to Portland. Friday November 1 it was delivered to me. This was the worst experience traveling with delta especially first time traveling with my infant son...

Item missing

Our flight landed on time but late in a 15+ hour day. I noticed a zipper on my bag was opened a bit but thought nothing of it. Upon unpacking the next day I discovered my Jack knife was missing. I tried to fill out the form but it required a "resolution number" (Not sure if that's what it's called) Having none I chatted on your site which was no help) I kept trying to get that number than discovered I had only 24 hours to report the missing item. I was passed that point. I feel the process to report was not easy. I would like a check into baggage handling and reimburse for my lost item. I'd had the knife for 30 years so it's much more than the cost of replacement. Respectfully, Robert Waters Confirmation HQ3JYF flight date 10/14/2024

Timeline of Events: Flight DL273 was abruptly cancelled merely ~3 hours before its scheduled departure. This cancellation was particularly distressing as I had a crucial business meeting in New York City at 4 PM, which I was now at risk of missing. I was placed in a queue for 3 hours to speak with a Delta representative, during which time I received an automated text message with a rescheduled flight. The proposed rescheduled flight was highly unsatisfactory, as it would have resulted in my arrival in New York nearly 36 hours later than originally planned and involved multiple connections. Given the urgency of my situation and the lack of immediate assistance, I was compelled to purchase a backup flight through Norse Airlines at a cost of 600 euros to ensure I could reach my destination as soon as possible. When I finally reached the Delta service desk, I had to persistently negotiate to be placed on a KLM flight with a layover in Amsterdam, which was the best available option at that point. Consequences: Despite my best efforts, I ultimately missed my important afternoon meeting in New York City. I incurred additional expenses of 600 euros for the Norse Airlines ticket. The entire ordeal resulted in significant stress, lost time, and disruption to my professional commitments.

RE: 9/11/24 Flight Confirmation # GQMNOT Flight 2828Β  ReturnΒ  2215 MY FIRST AND ONLY TIME ON DELTA.Β  Flight attendant offered drinks. I asked for a memos. Then it was time for takeoff. She collected my drink, which had taken two sips. After take off the flight attendant offered drinks.Β Then offered a basket with chip, nuts, and fruit something.Β The basket was mostly full of potato chips, I didn’t recognize the other items.Β Β When I asked the attendant she rambled off a couple of items, which I have no idea what they were. After the initial drink and basket we never saw her again. A couple of passengers got up went to the flight attendant’s area to get another drink. The last time we saw her was to collect everything to prepare for landing. Overall The Service was nonexistent in 1st class.Β  After searching for first class protocol I found Delta Does Not serve food on flights under 900 miles, which is ridicules.Β Why pay for first class?Β Β The first class seats were crammed in without any leg room and barely wider seats than coach. I had a window seat. When having to use the restroom, the women next to me did not get up. I literally had to climb over her because the seats are SO close to the next row.Β The Service was nonexistent in 1st class.Β  The return flight I was traveling with a puppy in a carrier smaller than Delta’s size requirements. I could not get the carrier under the seat. I had to place the carrier vertical below the window. Picture attached. The fight attendant was very friendly. She only offered water before takeoff. After take offΒ she took drink orders. I asked for a glass of champagne. She said, she only had β€œSparkling Wine”  Every first class I travel on Always has a top shelf champagne.Β  I fly 1st class on multiple airlines, this is the worst of all.Β  This is unacceptable for a major airline to treat their first class passengers

Flight cancelled due to mechanical issues

DL158 was cancelled after lining up on the runway in Seoul Incheon airport where we returned to the gate and sat for 4 hours before they cancelled the flight. Delta did provide a hotel for the night but rebooking was a nightmare. I was confirmed on a flight then cancelled then had the hotel tell me I was leaving at 2pm when my flight was rebooked for 10:30 AM. When the airline provided bus returned us to the airport, they dropped us at the wrong terminal and yelled at us to find the shuttle. I was rebooked on Korean airlines which was great except they stuck me in the very last seat by the bathrooms. Delta locked out the seat assignments and when I called to let them know I had back issues and really needed an isle seat(what I had booked months in advance) I was told they would take care of it. At the airport they booked me in a middle seat at the back of the plane….again. Over 20 hours of traveling with failed customer support from delta. I had even told the rebooking agent I would take a later flight to ensure I had a seat that wouldn’t cripple me by the time I got home. Bottom line, none of the requests where heard. I know rebooking isn’t easy but we were abandoned in a foreign country with no support from delta after they got us out of the airport.

Child seabelt

Left July 18 with my 9month old. NO CHILD SEST BELT OR LIFE VEST was given. They didn't even check passengers to see if their seat belts were on. Poor service. Coming back August 27, my child is 10 months old and again NO CHILD SEAT BELT OR LIFE VEST WAS GIVEN!!!!! This is a shame and poor advantage for delta. This is a dangerous things. My flights with Aegean and Skyexpress were pleasant and they counted the safety of my child and gave me his seat belt attachment and Life vest both going to my destinations and coming back.

Technical problems

Flight was continuously pushed back throughout the day. Delta was claiming they were just waiting for the crew, but clearly this was due to the Crowdstrike outage. Hours later the flight was canceled. Delta did offer reimbursement for transportation and hotel fees. We had to wait hours going through passport control due to the outage. Then once the flight was canceled, we had to wait hours to leave the airport through passport control again. I had to return to the airport the following day, thankfully getting on another flight. Which was also delayed for at least an hour on the runway both ways. I basically spent a full 48 hours traveling.

Delta cancelled my flight home to JFK from CPH on the morning of the flight, right as I was heading to the airport. I was stuck in Copenhagen for an extra day. They then denied all of my expense reimbursement requests without providing a concrete reason, even though I followed the instructions of their customer support agents exactly. I am out of pocket for expenses for hotels, transportation, and meals. I didn't arrive until the next day and missed a day of work, which also cost me further.

Has Delta lost common sense? Today prior to boarding I read an article that stated Delta would no longer announce their iconic slogan "ladies and Gentlemen" at first I thought it was a joke , and then I waited and waited and sure enough the young person behind the counter never made the announcement. When I approached the counter and inquired I was given a smug look and was told that they had been instructed to leave it out of the announcement, it was racist. Are you kidding me Ladies and Gentlemen is now considered RACIST! I am a small business owner and have been a loyal client of Delta's for many years currently my company books about 75 100 flights each year exclusively with Delta. The service and comfort have always been heads above the rest. However, I cannot not support a corporation who believes not including Ladies and Gentlemen make them inclusive to everyone. I wish you no ill will. Me? I will instruct my team members and my flights to be booked with "friendlier skies" in the future.

We arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 airport from our Virgin Atlantic flight from Mumbai. We proceeded to the Virgin Atlantic Ticketing Counter. We were told to wait as the boarding Gate was not announced. Later they told us to proceed to Gate 27, we went to the Gate and we were informed that the passengers from the Virgin Atlantic flight will not be allowed to board the Delta flight to JFK. We were informed to return back to the Virgin Atlantic ticketing counter and get a new flight. It took us 3 hours plus to get a new ticket. I see compensation for the mental stress generated. Awaiting your urgent action and response.

Not only was original flight cancelled in its entirety, the second leg (US) from JFK to MIA was delayed on 4 Aug from 1955 to 5 Aug 0026. Delta has sent apology email and put ecredit in my account of $320. Here is what they sent- I did not contact themWe Appreciate Your "An Electronic Transportation Credit Voucher (ETCV) in the amount of $320 has been issued in your name. This is not intended to put a value on your experience but is part of our apology for the inconvenience. The voucher number and terms and conditions will be sent to you shortly. Please keep them as they are required for redemption. When you are ready to use your voucher, you can redeem your voucher by making your reservation online at delta.com." I traveled from Poland on Friday, stayed in a hotel Friday (3 Aug) only to find both flights were cancelled. I had to stay again in a hotel, pay for meals, etc. Then the US leg of the flight was delayed by nearly 5 hours making my arrival at my home on Monday, 5 Aug. Traveling from Friday to Monday.

Lack of preparedness and poor service during a weather rel

Flight from Atlanta to Baltimore was affected by weather, yet the flight boarded as normal, and only after the boarding were we informed that there was no clearance to take off. Then we were constantly given false and misleading timeframes about getting the clearance. We were then asked to deplane with all our bags, and 20 min later were boarded again claiming that we now had the clearance. Once boarded for the 2nd time, we were informed that we actually still had no clearance to take off, and it took over another hour for actually take off. I already had a pretty long flight from Barcelona, and all I wanted was to get home. I made a judgment not to eat at the airport before what I thought was going to be a 1:40 min flight, and was getting really nauseous having not eaten for hours. I asked flight attendants for some food, and the response was there was no food and I should have gotten it at the airport when we were asked to deplane. I then asked for at least a little snack, and was told I had to wait for service. When we finally landed in Baltimore 3.5 hours later than scheduled time (which makes it extra irritating that your website says you don’t provide compensation for delays less than 3 hours), we were informed that there was no gate or personnel to assist with off boarding, and we had to wait an additional hour. During that time, I received an email that power was out in my apartment building, and there was no access into the building, so the emergency maintenance was letting people in manually. I had to call my building and deal with this to make sure the maintenance was still there after midnight since the flight was so delayed, and I had to do it with screaming kids in the airplane and ultimately wasn’t able to resolve the situation on that call. The lack of preparedness for this storm situation and no mention of it before the initial boarding was very disappointing. Seems like your company does not take into consideration customers traveling from overseas and/or customers having to deal with emergency situations once they finally get home. And the majority of your flight attendants showed poor service, which is strange considering your company could show some more empathy and cooperation given the major meltdown you had a couple of weeks ago.

My luggage was lost, and arrived at my destination 48 hours

My flight from Atlanta to Montreal was first cancelled, then delayed multiple times which caused me to arrive more than 10 hours late. Moreover, when I finally arrived in Montreal, I found out that my luggage was lost. I had to fill out many forms and my suitcase finally arrived after 48 hours. This was very inconvenient and I had to purchase stuff that was in my suitcase such as clothes and washing stuff which in the end cost me more than 100 dollars. I hope I can get a reimbursement for my purchases and a compensation for both the delay and the loss of my luggage. Thank you.

We missed 24 hours of time with our families and my stepdad had to take another day of the get us. We got to the gate to find out the plane was cancelled. My mom had to call the medallion line to get us rebooked. Then we missed the connection in Boston and my Mom had to soend another hour to find us a flight. We were stressed our families were stressed. Not mention the mental anxiety and stress of being stuck in a foreign airport alone then in Boston with no place to go overnight. My friend paid for the hotel, Uber and food. The whole thing has made me terrified to fly again.
