How to Email & Lodge a Complaint with Fiji Airways

As we mentioned, passengers with Fiji Airways could face any number of issues with their flight. 

Baggage Issues 

If you've had baggage loss or damage on an international flight, you have rights protected by the rules of the Montreal Convention. Based on these rules, you could be compensated up to $2,080, but you must submit a claim with the airline.

Flight Disruptions, Complaints & Claims

If you’ve had a flight delay or cancellation, you might be eligible for flight compensation, especially if you’ve flown to Canada where you could collect as much as $1,000 CAD for eligible flight disruptions. You can check the eligibility of your flight with this compensation calculator. 

Once you determine your eligibility status, you can submit your claim to Fiji Airways via the feedback form found on their website. Be sure to include as much detailed information as possible about your flight, including your flight dates, number, relevant airports, and any supporting evidence to prove your case.
