First online flight compensation service in CIS counties launched in October
AirAdvisor has released to the CIS market the first domestic online service for collection flight compensations. AirAdvisor is the only company that collects air compensation not only under European law but also under the laws of Russian-speaking countries.
The service was launched last summer but in a test mode. In October, the company launched a fully automatic service that allows passengers to file their claim online through AirAdvisor’s website and to immediately receive information on the amount of compensation.
As of now, the company began to collect compensation under Ukrainian law and immediately received positive results, collecting compensation for a delayed flight. Prior to this, the existing court practice has always taken the airline’s side in cases of flight delays, refusing passengers to be paid their flight compensation.
