Work Experience
Ms. Radchenko started her career at Ukraine International Airlines in 2011, where she worked her way up to become the head of the shift. Ms. Radchenko had a wide range of responsibilities, which included, but is not limited to, managing tickets for corporate clients, handling customer complaints, resolution of difficult cases to help boost loyalty to the airline through high standards of customer care. Ms. Radchenko joined AirAdvisor bringing 12+ years of professional experience and a solid knowledge of the aviation industry.
Education
Radchenko holds a Master’s Degree from the Kyiv National Linguistic University. Her major was the French language, and her specialty was teaching English and French languages, as well as foreign literature. This educational background has given her a strong foundation in language and communication skills, understanding diverse cultures, which she has been able to apply in her various roles in the aviation industry.

Ms. Radchenko enjoys exploring new places, visiting different countries, exploring new cultures, and gaining new insights.
