Yevhen Horchak is the Chief Technology Officer at AirAdvisor with 15+ years of experience in software engineering and web platform development. He is responsible for the design, scalability, and long-term reliability of AirAdvisor’s multi-country technology platforms supporting passenger rights and airline compensation services.
As CTO, Yevhen leads AirAdvisor’s technology strategy and oversees platform architecture, automation, and data infrastructure. He is responsible for high-level technical decision-making and for translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical systems used across multiple products and teams.
His work ensures stable operation of high-volume claim processing workflows and seamless integration between engineering, legal, claims, and analytics functions.
Yevhen holds a Specialist degree in System Control and Automatics from Kherson National Technical University, providing a strong foundation in systems thinking and technical architecture.
His professional training includes Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) certification and advanced coursework in AI-assisted development and data integration, supporting AirAdvisor’s focus on compliant, future-ready technology solutions.
