Most airlines prefer that you contact them via chat or by filling in their online forms, but sometimes you just have to talk to someone directly. This is especially true when you need immediate assistance for flight disruptions.
The downside is that you might have very long wait times! This being the case, it’s always best to collect all the important details about your flight before you call. Also, be aware that fees may apply depending on where you’re calling.
