My flight was not disrupted. The menu driven questions did not allow me to state that my baggage was damaged. I have photographs with baggage claim still on the bag. The one wheel was completely torn off.

I was denied boarding but not to an overbooked or weight balance issue. But we had checked in, cleared tsa, arrived to the gate on time with valid boarding passes then couldn’t board. The flight left without us. We were forced to pay out of packet for new tickets if we wanted to get to our destination, and we got there 3 hours later than originally supposed to get there. I’ve received 4 different reasons why the flight was canceled. That is not OK. They still have never answered my questions of why we were denied boarding. The flight left without us. And I even tried to talk to the VP of Southwest Airlines and still, my questions have gone on unanswered. I feel I need and get compensation for it falling under denial of boarding due to overbooking, but I know it wasn’t overbooking but still it’s still denial boarding with ballad boarding passes. They give me $250 love vouchers each, but that doesn’t add up to what we went through that day I even had to pay for new tickets out of my pocket and I had to borrow money for that I didn’t have. Just to get to my destination.

I lost my bowling hand bag carrier. First, it was reported delayed, to be delivered within 2-3 days. After 14 days of silence, it was clear that it got lost.

Flight delay

We were told enroute to Houston Hobby, Airport that the weather was bad. We divert to Austin, to refuel. When arriving back to Houston Hobby, my flight had departed the last flight to Washington DC, DCA airport. I miss two important business meetings.

SWA damaged my luggage and

I learned today that if Southwest damages your luggage it has to be reported in person within 24 hours. That's fine. But if it is something like your zipper, which you won't see until you get home and unpack, you have to drive back to the airport to file a claim. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. That is definitely Southwest way of getting over on their customers. I called customer service and given instructions on how to file a general complaint on the website, which really isn't that, but I won't get a response. So I hope this helps anyone else that flies southwest. I have their CC but it is time to make some changes because Southwest is not for the customer. I have to lose money to purchase a new suitcase because of SWA.
