I am writing to express my sincere ...

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and professionalism shown by two of SWA flight attendants. Gigi and Kat on a flight from LV to Houston on 12.28.25 were amazing. My husband has a disability, and traveling can sometimes be challenging. From the moment we boarded, both attendants went above and beyond to ensure his comfort, safety, and dignity. They were attentive, patient, and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly throughout the flight. Because of their efforts, our journey was truly error-free and completely stress-free. Their kindness and willingness to help made a meaningful difference to us, and it did not go unnoticed. They represent the very best of customer service, and we are incredibly grateful for their support. Please pass along our thanks and recognition to them. They made our flight a wonderful experience. SW used to be great...

SW used to be great now they want to charge $$ for everything even though you will probably get old planes, no phone charging, no internet, no entertainment. Pay for bags, seat selection, early boarding. You could get one way for 12000 points, now 30,000. I flew on 7/9/25 from san diego to nashville. I am disabled military and always preboard- I always offer to show them my military ID.. Every time I ask if I need to get anything special ahead of time, they say no, just like flight to SD. Well this time, they would not let me on, made me go back up to desk in front of everyone. Were very rude, asks me three questions and tells me I have to answer them correctly. Then the guy comes up to desk, threatens to not let me on plane again if I cuss (I said this is bulls*it) I got my pass, told him I would be contacting corp. He said, that is fine, I will be warning them about you and putting a note on your account. He then proceeds to what I consider harassment and intimidation. He then comes down the ramp and hangs out until I get on. Then once on plane, he hangs out around me, puts his stomach right in my face, kind of adjusts the bags in overhead but only within 4 seats of me. It was so embarrassing, he made me feel like a criminal. I am 5'1" 114 lbs. pretty small female in 50s.

Southwest Allowed A Too Sick To Fly Passenger On Our Plane

There was a selfish, disrespectful man, who without any type of mitigation attempt (i.e. N-95 mask), chose to board our flight while sick and proceeded to coat me in his infection for 3 hours. Based on the sound of his cough, he should have been prohibited in order to protect passengers. Unfortunately, TSA and Southwest airline agents, whose job it is to identify those too sick to fly, ignored this man's very loud, sharp, harsh cough. As soon as we heard it, we knew it was problematic, but had already boarded a completely packed plane, flight 2327 from TPA to MCI (Tripadvisor didn't list MCI as a dropdown option, business select also not an option for class of service), in an effort to beat a winter storm that ended up dropping up to 14 inches of snow. I've contacted Southwest twice and have received no response regarding our dangerous customer experience. I'm entering week 3 of illness, this was the only demonstrably sick person I was around, and onset of my symptoms was the typical 2 days after exposure. If our flight crew would have been more interested in our safety then working on their inflight instructions comedy shtick, maybe this wouldn't have happened to me and potentially other passengers.
