Original flight itinerary provided. Inbound...

Original flight itinerary provided. Inbound flight to IAD was late and then departure would have been late to FRA so original connection in FRA would have been missed. Desk at IAD said all flights the next day (day of arrival in FRA) from FRA to KRK were also full. In order to guarantee arrival at KRK on May 20 routing occurred via LHR with arriving in KRK end of day instead of morning. First day of conference was completely missed as a result.

We were checked in, bags...

We were checked in, bags were checked in, we were waiting for the boarding gate to be announced and there was no announcement. After a long delay someone in united said flight is cancelled due to mechanical issues and they had no alternate flight. we waited 2 hours at the airport to get our bags back and then we went to a local airport hotel on a voucher by the airlines and stayed overnight and came back to the airport to another flight on united. I lost a working day. United had skeleton staff in london and they would not issue us any other airline flights , they forced us to stay at heathrow airport overnight

The airline claimed that it...

The airline claimed that it was due to inclement weather conditions in Newark; however, there were many other flights departing and arriving in Newark at that time. Because they cancelled my flight on the 27th, they rescheduled me a whole day later through Washington D.C. I arrived in Pittsburgh a whole day later and missed an important family event.

I flew out of Cebu...

I flew out of Cebu on Korean Air, landed in Seoul, and made my connecting flight to SFO. The plane took off close to the departure time. Then after 1 1/2 hours into the flight, the pilot announced we had to return to Seoul. We were placed on the Skybridge with no food, drinks, or seats while they serviced the plane. Several hours later we finally took off again. We landed in San Francisco late and I missed my connection to Raleigh Durham. I had to wait another 13 hours for another flight. No meal vouchers, no hotel, no reimbursement from the airline. Add to the misery, United had no idea where my luggage was. It took another week and countless phone calls to located and return my luggage. While calling about the luggage, the customer service representative laughed about it. Unprofessional flight crews and customer service representatives. Never fly United again.

Flight left Newark on Thur...

Flight left Newark on Thur 13th Feb, the plain divereted to St Johns due to a medical erergency, then due to weather conditions we were unable to leave St Johns until Sunday 16th Feb. It was an United Airlines flight but we went throught the desk with Air Canada in St Johns, we had written boarding passes as United Airlines do not have a desk in St Johns Airport, we did not have access to our bags as they could not take them off the plane.

The flights was delayed for more...

The flights was delayed for more than 8 hours. After an extreme excercise of patience we finally boarded the plane after 19h. Because of this delay we arrived in our hotel past midnight, making it a short night after a 24 hour-wake day. The newt day we start our work as a professional technical team.

I arrived on my connecting...

The flight was delayed by several hours so that I missed my connecting flight to Guatemala. I was put on standby in the flight in the morning. They gave me food vouchers, that didn’t work, and a hotel voucher. However, the hotel is still holding money on my credit card for now. Really unapologetic too, for all the disruption they caused.
