Flight delay at night without voucher
We are very dissatisfied with the flight delay. Our flight was late by nearly 5 hours at night without any voucher. The gate was changes and later flights were allowed, but ours was not.

My flight took off from Nairobi with both boarding passes ( narobi- sharjah and sharjah - Kochi ) . I have reached early at the gate and while i was in queue ( i was not in the last and was in the middle) and they said you are not having a seat in this flight . I argued and found out that my seat is allocated to some one else . I was put on a room for almost 18 hours and with out even water and food . There were 3 other passengers like this . After a hell lot of time and effort and begging i got a seat in the next day flight The people were arrogant and it was not a nice way . They wint even provide food and stay arrangement . Also i was on my leave to my home town and i lose a holiday at my home which is not even compensable . Very bad it was

We bought ticket for flight from dhaka to median. We had transit on sharjah. When we reached sharjah they denied boarding stating there was no seat available even thought i had reserved the seats in advance and paid for it. They later offered me an alternative flight to jeddah instead of medina as i had to reach medina that day any way. And told us they will provide car service from jeddah to medina. The flight to jedda was 6 hours later. And i reach medina after 11 hours. I was suppose to reach at 4:20 PM but i reach at 3:00 AM next day. For this whole situation i lost money for my car transport which was pre paid. The service was from medina airport to hotel. I had to pay extra money for the hotel i later booked as the hotel i booked was cancelled due to no show. I was going for umrah i had planned just one day to stay in Medina. But for this reason i was there only for 6 hours as i had to get to mecca as my hotel was reserved and my flight was next day.

I had a flight from Vienna to Coimbatore with Transit in Sharjah (1hr). My flight from VIE delayed arround 15 min. Any way I reached the next boarding gate to board CJB flight during the finalcall announcement. But they denied me from boarding the flight saying that they thought my flight from Vienna could not reach Sharjah on time so they opened my seat for new booking and gave my seat to another passenger. But I reached on time before the gate was closed. I was frustrated and i have only 3 days vacation. Due to this I spent only one day with my family in Coimbatore. I reached coimbatore on 29.11-2025 at 3:20 am and my return flight was on 30.11.2025: 3:50 am. I not even spent 24hrs with my family due to this Airlines decission. I was begging to the staff in the gate to board me with valid boarding pass. But i was denied from boarding. It is just one ticket to the airlines for me i missed the moment. They just need money. No value for your trust.

I arrived at the airport 1 hour and and a half early at 6:30 the agent on the boarding looked up the ticket then looked and said oops we don't have seats we can book the next flight which my original flight was at 8:10 and the next one was delayed to 11:15 after arguments about why and how and them changing their words to not put themselves in a problem and said we came late to boarding which didn't happen after having no choice I agreed to take next flight which costed me another bus ride because I was going to Sharm and a later time which puts me at risk of missing my exam and all of that was nothing compared to their rudeness and Unresponsivness to any solution I asked to change to nearest flight any airline they refused after agreeing and boarding the flight which was delayed again and came late another hour later after boarding we stayed in the flight another hour not moving just because of a problem which also no notice or anything of any sorts we finally took of at 12:50 am after a day of unbearable people and nothing in return air Arabia Sharjah is the worst airline and airport i have traveled on the quality decreased by a lot after finally arriving at Egypt cairo at 2am cairo time whichever the bags were delayed another hour until it started coming ok out which made me almost miss the second bus I booked

We had prepayed seats and when we arrived to the gate to check in our baggages they said we are not in the system and that we need to visit special services centre which tell us more about it and then we waited here for about 2-3 hours and It was all like theater and they just said after the time there is no seats left even though we had the tickets already four months booked

I am writing to formally request a full refund of my unused ticket and reimbursement of consequential expenses after I was denied boarding on 3 August 2025 at 13:50 (despite arriving 3 hours before departure) on my journey from Kenyata airport, Kenya to Stuttgart, Germany (All details have been provided) I presented myself at check-in for Air Arabia flight connecting onward to Germany. Despite holding valid travel documents for Germany, I was refused boarding. Subsequently after i made several expensive international calls, I was offered an alternative routing via the United Kingdom, which I could not accept as I do not hold a UK visa. I made multiple international calls to resolve the situation (through Kiwi agents). These calls were costly and time-sensitive. With no viable alternative provided, I was forced to book additional nights of accommodation and subsequently purchase a new ticket on Qatar Airways to reach my destination. Unfortunately, several Air Arabia staff on duty were unhelpful and discourteous. The interaction added unnecessary stress and did not lead to a workable solution, given my inability to transit the UK. Out-of-pocket costs Accommodation (Airbnb): 4,000 KES (approx. USD 30), receipt attached. New ticket (Qatar Airways): [amount + currency], e-ticket attached. I would be elated if your team could help me. Thank you.

"Worst Airline Experience Ever" I recently flew with Fly Jinnah, and it was by far the worst airline experience I've had. My flight from Islamabad to Sharjah was delayed by over an hour, causing me to miss my connection to Istanbul. Despite being denied boarding, the airline provided no assistance, leaving me stranded at the airport for 48 hours without any support. The staff at Islamabad Airport were rude and unhelpful, and onboard, I was denied my pre-booked meal, which I had already paid for, and instead offered refused meals in a humiliating public investigation. It’s been over 3 months since I filed my complaint, and I’ve received no resolution. Fly Jinnah shows complete disregard for passengers, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

In 2/10, the Arabiz airlines refused boarding the plane, claiming that my visa to Jordan is not valid. At that moment, I had to go back to my housing, and booked another ticket with gulf airlines. My flight with gulf airlines was in 3/10 with the same airport. I came to the check-in counter and it checked my visa to Jordan and gave my ticket to board the plane normally. For more clarification about visa, as yemenis, we have to have previous security approval issued by the internal ministry before preceeding to the country. Then you arrive to the airport, they give the visa since I have persuasive reason why I Wan to enter Jordan, I had a date at the Romanian Embassy for study visa

I was traveling from Bergamo (Italy) to Calicut (India) on 16 July 2025, with a connection in Sharjah. My itinerary was: Bergamo to Sharjah (Flight G9 794, scheduled departure at 13:20 local time) Sharjah to Calicut (Flight G9 454, scheduled to depart at 21:20 local time on 16 July) However, the flight from Bergamo was delayed, and I arrived in Sharjah around 23:00, after the connecting flight to Calicut had already departed. The airline staff informed me I would be provided with a hotel room, but no room was available upon arrival. I had to wait inside the airport terminal until around 08:00 AM on 17 July, when a room was finally arranged. The next available flight to Calicut was only on 17 July at 21:20, exactly 24 hours after my original connection. As a result, I reached Calicut only on 18 July, even though I was originally scheduled to arrive on 17 July. This delay caused me to miss most of my sister’s wedding, which took place on 18 July — the main reason for my travel. The situation involved significant emotional distress, fatigue, and lack of proper assistance from the airline. On 13.06.2025, I was scheduled to fly on flight G9 606, number ticket:623252240 from Warsaw to Sharjah, with a connecting flight from Sharjah to Phuket. Unfortunately, the flight from Warsaw was delayed by 3 hours and 55 minutes, which caused me to miss my connection in Sharjah and, as a result, a very important personal event — a wedding that I had been preparing for and traveling specifically to attend. This was the main reason for my trip, and missing it was extremely upsetting and emotionally distressing. In addition to the emotional impact, I also suffered financial losses. Due to the delay, I arrived a day later and lost money on a hotel booking in Phuket, which could not be canceled or refunded. It was also extremely difficult to spend so many hours at the airport without being offered hotel accommodation or any form of comfort by your staff. The lack of support during the delay only added to the stress and discomfort of the situation. Given the above, I kindly request compensation for the emotional distress, the missed event, and the financial loss related to the non-refundable hotel booking. I trusted Air Arabia as a reliable airline, and this experience has been very disappointing. For your reference, I am attaching a copy of my flight tickets and the hotel payment confirmation. Please provide a response as soon as possible regarding what actions your company is willing to take to resolve this matter. If the company does not take appropriate steps, I reserve the right to seek legal advice and potentially involve a lawyer to protect my interests.
