Technical problems
The flight from FRA to BOS ran out of fuel and had to stop in Maine to refuel. Due to this, we missed our connecting flight to RSW. There were no connecting flights that late so we were forced to stay in a hotel. It was late and we did not know what to do. We originally had a 4 hour layover. Due to this delay, we were not able to get our connecting flight. We had to stay the night and fly back home the following day.

Delayed flight cause cascade of problems
Delayed flight caused missed connections, missed shuttles and other important meetings that were all booked around the flight leaving from Halifax being on time. There was no reason given for the delay and now no help for the fact that they caused me to have to miss part of my school program due to their delay, unacceptable and something needs to be done as it was not just me there were 11 others from my program now all in the same position. My flight from Halifax to Frankfurt was the one that caused so much trouble.- Halifax-Prague
